PL 25582 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest przekladka do transportu szyb, znajdujaca zastosowa- nie jako element usztywniajacy i zabezpieczajacy w szczególnosci szyby samochodowe przed uszko- dzeniem w transporcie. Przekladka, wedlug wzoru wyróznia sie nowymi walorami wizualnymi, oraz oryginalnym i indywi- dualnym ksztaltem. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztalt, forme oraz material wytworu. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przekladka do transportu szyb, wedlug wzoru, moze byc wytworzona w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z tworzyw sztucznych, gumy naturalnej lub sztucznej. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których Fig. 1 przedstawia przekladke w widoku perspektywicznym, Fig. 2 uwidacznia przekladke w widoku z boku, Fig. 3 i Fig. 4 prezentuje przekladke w widoku czolowym, Fig. 5 obrazuje przekladke od góry. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc to, ze przekladka ma postac usytuowa- nych w podstawie, dwóch równoleglych listew zaopatrzonych w pióra stabilizujace o strzalkowym profilu bocznym. Powierzchnia boczna piór stabilizujacych zaopatrzona jest w pionowe liniowe wypustki. Listwy z piórami sa zbieznie nachylone w stosunku do podstawy. Podstawa przekladki obustronnie zaopa- trzona jest w boczne wystepy, zakonczone katowymi wypustkami. Natomiast od strony czolowej pod- stawa posiada obustronne mocowanie, o zakonczeniach katowo zawinietych w kierunku do powierzchni podstawy. Krawedz wewnetrzna mocowania jest ukosnie scieta. Podstawa od dolu posiada liniowe wciecie. The spacer, according to the design, is distinguished by new visual qualities and an original and individual shape. The essence of the design is the new and individual form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of the product's lines, contours, shape, form, and material. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The spacer for transporting glass, according to the design, may be manufactured industrially or by hand from plastics, natural rubber, or artificial rubber. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the spacer in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the spacer from the side, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 show the spacer from the front, and Fig. 5 shows the spacer from above. Significant features of the industrial design: Significant features of the industrial design include that the spacer is in the form of two parallel slats located in the base, each fitted with stabilizing fins with an arrow-shaped side profile. The lateral surface of the stabilizing fins is provided with vertical linear projections. The slats with fins are convergingly inclined relative to the base. The base of the spacer is provided with lateral projections on both sides, terminating in angular projections. On the front side, the base has a double-sided mounting, with fins angled towards the base surface. The inner edge of the mounting is diagonally cut. The base has a linear indentation at the bottom.
