PL 25709 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest fotel, który jest wewnetrznie i zewnetrznie tapicerowany, przeznaczony zasadniczo do wyposazenia pomieszczenia goscinnego lub salonu. Oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ogólnym ksztalcie mebla, a szczególnie w ukladzie linii przeszyc, ksztalcie konturów oraz w konstrukcji oparcia, boczków i posadowienia. Fotel zostal wyposazony w dodatkowe funkcje, które umozliwiaja zmiana polozenia czesci siedziska, czesci oparcia oraz niezaleznie czesci zaglówkowej. Korpus jest z przodu osloniety nieco wiekszymi od niego poduchami, które sa ozdobione na bokach grubym podwójnym odszyciem, zas na powierzchniach pojedynczymi przeszyciami, gdzie górne poziome przeszycie oddziela obszar zaglów- kowy, zas dwa symetryczne pionowe podkreslaja obszary oparcia i siedziska. Z tylu korpus jest osa- dzony obrotowo na pionowym slupku, na koncu którego jest umieszczonych gwiezdziscie piec lukowato wyprofilowanych nóg. Mechanizm fotela pozwala na przechylanie korpusu do tylu uzyskujac wygodna pozycje póllezaca. Wygiecie czesci zaglówkowej pozwala na dopasowanie pozycji glowy, przy zmiennej pozycji pleców siedzacego. Koncowa czesc siedziska jest elastyczna, co powoduje jej dopasowanie do pozycji nóg siedzacego przy zmiennej pozycji siedziska. The originality of the industrial design is evident in the overall shape of the furniture, particularly in the arrangement of stitching lines, the shape of the contours, and the construction of the backrest, sides, and base. The armchair is equipped with additional functions that allow for the adjustment of the seat, backrest, and headrest independently. Furthermore, the seat end is flexible, adapting to the weight of the seated person, especially in a tilted position. The industrial design subject is shown in the drawing in perspective views, where Fig. 1 shows the armchair from the front, Fig. 2 – the armchair from the rear, Fig. 3 – the armchair from the side in an upright position, Fig. 4 – the armchair from the side in a tilted position, Fig. 5 – the armchair from the side in a tilted position with a deformed seat, Fig. 6 – the armchair from the side in a tilted position with a repositioned headrest. The industrial design subject is an armchair composed of an upholstered flat, uniform body containing a seat and a high backrest with a headrest. The front of the body is covered with slightly larger cushions, which are decorated on the sides with thick double stitching and on the surfaces with single stitching, where the upper horizontal stitching separates the headrest area, while two symmetrical vertical stitching emphasize the backrest and seat areas. At the back, the body pivots on a vertical post, at the end of which are five arched, star-shaped legs. The armchair's mechanism allows the body to be tilted back, achieving a comfortable semi-reclining position. The headrest's curve allows for head position adjustments as the user's back position changes. The end section of the seat is flexible, allowing it to adjust to the user's leg position as the seat position changes. The armchair is available in various combinations of colors, types, and textures of upholstery. Essential features of the industrial design 1. The armchair is characterized in that it is composed of an upholstered flat, uniform body, comprising a seat and a high backrest with a headrest, the body being covered at the front with slightly larger cushions, which are decorated on the sides with thick double stitching and on the surfaces with single stitching, where the upper horizontal stitching separates the headrest area, while two symmetrical vertical stitchings emphasize the backrest and seat areas, furthermore, at the back the body is pivotally mounted on a vertical post, at the end of which are placed five arched legs in a star-shaped manner, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 - Fig. 6. 2.
