PL 25711 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lódka zanetowa sluzaca do transportowania zanety w postaci zywej, sypkiej, sadowania i wywozenia zestawów jak równiez podgladu z kamery bezprzewo- dowej, która posiada nowy i indywidualny charakter nadany jej przez cechy konturów, ksztaltów i ukladu graficznego. Lódka zanetowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przeznaczona jest do wielokrotnego odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji od fig. 1 do fig. 3, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia lódke w rzucie perspektywicznym, fig. 2 pokazuje lódke z góry z elementami graficznymi i nazwa firmy, fig. 3 przedstawia lódke z dolu, fig. 4 widok rufy, a fig. 5 widok z przodu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Lódka zanetowa skladajaca sie z kadluba wyposazonego w dwa plywaki wzorowane katamara- nem i wkladki kadlubowej tworzac jedna zwarta calosc oraz pokrywy glównej z otworem, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wyraza sie tym, ze linia laczaca krawedz kadluba z pokrywa tworzy w czesci dziobowej linie trzykrotnie zalamanego owalu, w czesci bocznej linie prosta, natomiast od strony rufy dwie linie proste polaczone sa w srodku wypuklym owalem. Na pokrywie wykonane sa elementy graficzne i tak na dziobie lódki znajduje sie wygrawerowany rysunek nawiazujacy do postaci ryby, na bocznych scian- kach napisy: DOMINATOR, a na rufie nazwa firmy zglaszajacego TUNA BOAT. Napisy wykonane sa pismem autorskim. W centralnej czesci pokrywy znajduje sie otwór zanetowy w ksztalcie prostokata, gdzie do krawedzi jego krótszych boków zamocowana jest raczka w ksztalcie litery „C". Burty kadluba utworzone przez dwa plywaki maja wewnetrzne scianki prostopadle do dna kadluba a scianki ze- wnetrzne sa zaokraglone i zwezaja sie do dolu przy plaskim dnie plywaków. Plywaki od strony rufowej na samym dnie zakonczone sa ozdobnymi pierscieniami. Kadlub w czesci przedniej u góry miedzy ply- wakami ma wystep w ksztalcie trójkata przy kacie rozwartym skierowanym do dolu tworzac z bokami plywaków litere „M", a w czesci rufowej ma wytloczenie w ksztalcie trójkata przy kacie rozwartym skie- rowanym z kolei do góry. Nowa postac lódki zanetowej uzyskuje korzystne cechy wyrózniajace i uzyt- kowe, jak pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji. The bait boat according to the industrial design is intended for multiple reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration from fig. 1 to fig. 3, where fig. 1 shows the boat in perspective view, fig. 2 shows the boat from above with graphic elements and the name of the company, fig. 3 shows the boat from below, fig. 4 a view of the stern, and fig. 5 a view from the front. Essential features of the industrial design A fishing boat consisting of a hull equipped with two floats modeled on a catamaran and a hull insert creating one compact whole and a main cover with an opening, according to the industrial design is expressed in that the line connecting the edge of the hull with the cover creates a triple-broken oval in the bow section, a straight line in the side section, while on the stern side two straight lines are connected in the middle by a convex oval. Graphic elements are made on the cover, and so on the bow of the boat there is an engraved drawing referring to the figure of a fish, on the side walls the inscriptions: DOMINATOR, and on the stern the name of the company submitting the application TUNA BOAT. The inscriptions are made in the author's handwriting. In the central part of the cover there is a rectangular bait hole, where a handle in the shape of the letter "C" is attached to the edge of its shorter sides. The sides of the hull formed by two floats have internal walls perpendicular to the bottom of the hull and the external walls are rounded and narrow down at the flat bottom of the floats. The floats on the stern side are finished at the very bottom with decorative rings. The hull in the front part at the top between the floats has a projection in the shape of a triangle with the obtuse angle directed downwards, creating the letter "M" with the sides of the floats, and in the stern part it has an embossment in the shape of a triangle with the obtuse angle directed upwards. The new form of the bait boat has advantageous distinguishing and usable features, as shown in the attached illustration.
