Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów i wlasciwosci powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonej ilustracji od fig. 1 do fig. 5, przy czym fig. 1 przedstawia pudelko zamkniete w widoku perspektywicznym w pierwszej odmianie, fig. 2 pokazuje zapiecie pudelka w pierwszej odmianie, fig. 3 przedstawia pudelko zamkniete w widoku perspektywicznym w drugiej odmianie, fig. 4 pokazuje otwarte pudelko w widoku perspektywicznym w drugiej odmianie, fig. 5 pokazuje otwarte pudelko w widoku perspektywicznym w trzeciej odmianie. Natomiast boczne scianki wewnetrznego pudelka u góry zakonczone sa wywinietym na zewnatrz kolnierzem prostopadlym do podstawy. Górna powierzchnie pudelka tworzy przezroczysta folia wydluzona o zaokraglone zapiecie z wyraznym wybrzuszeniem w srodku, obejmujace górna czesc krótszego boku pudelka na calej jego dlugosci. Przez srodek zapiecia na wybrzuszeniu nalozony jest prostokatny element folii z zaokraglonymi naroznikami spelniajacy role uchwytu, a do górnej krawedzi tego boku zamocowane jest zakonczenie zapiecia o identycznym ksztalcie wydluzonej górnej powierzchni z wybrzuszeniem w srodku, przez co pudelko uzyskuje korzystne cechy wyrózniajace i uzytkowe, jak pokazano na zlaczonej ilustracji na fig. 1 i fig. 2. W drugiej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego górna powierzchnia pudelka, która tworzy przezroczysta folia wydluzona o zaokraglone zapiecie z wyraznym wybrzuszeniem w srodku, obejmuje górna czesc dluzszego boku pudelka na calej jego dlugosci, a w wybrzuszeniu wykonany jest otwór w ksztalcie kola spelniajacy role uchwytu, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji na fig. 3 i fig. 4. W trzeciej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego górna powierzchnie pudelka tworzy przezroczysta folia obejmujaca prostokatna jego powierzchnie zawierajaca niedoklejony i wystajacy uchwyt z folii na jednym z narozników pudelka, jak pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji na fig. 5. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours, shapes, and surface properties. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations from Fig. 1 to Fig. 5, where Fig. 1 shows the closed box in a first perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the box clasp in a first perspective view, Fig. 3 shows the closed box in a second perspective view, Fig. 4 shows the open box in a second perspective view, Fig. 5 shows the open box in a third perspective view. The new form of the cheese storage box, in line with the industrial design, is characterized by its two-part structure: an outer and an inner section. The outer section is made of natural-colored cardboard, while the inner section is made of plastic. Both sections have a five-sided polyhedron shape, with the side sections slightly widening upwards. The side sections of the longer side of the outer section have oval cutouts. The inner section's side sections are finished at the top with an outwardly turned-up collar perpendicular to the base. The upper surface of the box is made of a transparent foil extended by a rounded clasp with a prominent bulge in the center, encompassing the upper section of the shorter side of the box along its entire length. Through the center of the clasp on the bulge, a rectangular foil element with rounded corners is placed, acting as a handle, and to the upper edge of this side, a clasp tip with an identical shape of an elongated upper surface with a bulge in the middle is attached, thanks to which the box obtains advantageous distinguishing and functional features, as shown in the attached illustration in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. In the second variant of the industrial design, the upper surface of the box, which is formed by a transparent foil elongated by a rounded clasp with a distinct bulge in the middle, covers the upper part of the longer side of the box along its entire length, and in the bulge, a circular hole is made, acting as a handle, as shown in the attached illustration in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4. In the third variant of the design In the industrial version, the upper surface of the box is made of a transparent foil covering a rectangular surface of the box containing an unglued and protruding foil handle on one of the corners of the box, as shown in the attached illustration in Fig. 5.
