PL 25831 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest urzadzenie do rozdrabniania, zwlaszcza materialu biologicznego w postaci nasion oleistych. Urzadzenie przedstawione na ilustracji zawiera zestaw dwóch stozkowych lejów (1, 2) zasypowych materialu rozdrabnianego, z których jeden jest lejem grawitacyjnym (1), natomiast drugi jest lejem poziomego dozowania (2). Lej grawitacyjny (1) usytuowany jest nad cylindryczna jednostka rozdrabniajaca (3), natomiast lej poziomego dozowania (2) jest wzgledem niego przesuniety w poziomie, przy czym oba leje lacza sie z cylindryczna jednostka rozdrabniajaca (3) przewodem (4) doprowadzajacym. Cylindryczna jednostka rozdrabniajaca (3) polaczona jest poprzez kanal wylotowy (5) przewodem transportujacym (6) z cylindryczno-owalnym zbiornikiem (7) rozdrobnionego materialu. Kanal wylotowy (5) usytuowany jest odsrodkowo w jednostce rozdrabniajacej (3). Z cylindryczno- -owalnego zbiornika (7) prowadzi przewód powietrzny (8) do aspiratora (9). Jednostka rozdrabniajaca (3) osadzona jest na prostokatnej metalowej ramie (10), nad zbiornikiem (7) i aspiratorem (9), a napedzana jest silnikiem (11) przymocowanym do tej ramy (10). The device shown in the illustration comprises a set of two conical hoppers (1, 2) for feeding the material to be ground, one of which is a gravity hopper (1), while the other is a horizontal dosing hopper (2). The gravity hopper (1) is located above the cylindrical grinding unit (3), while the horizontal dosing hopper (2) is horizontally shifted relative to it, and both hoppers are connected to the cylindrical grinding unit (3) by a supply line (4). The cylindrical grinding unit (3) is connected by an outlet channel (5) by a transport line (6) to a cylindrical-oval tank (7) for the ground material. The outlet channel (5) is located centrifugally in the crushing unit (3). An air line (8) leads from the cylindrical-oval tank (7) to the aspirator (9). The crushing unit (3) is mounted on a rectangular metal frame (10), above the tank (7) and the aspirator (9), and is driven by a motor (11) attached to this frame (10). Essential features of the design The industrial design is distinguished by: ? a set of two conical hoppers; ? a cylindrical crushing unit; ? a cylindrical-oval shape of the crushed material tank; ? a rectangular metal frame; ? an outlet channel located centrifugally in the crushing unit.
