Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi falda z otworami na klips do wpinania dokumentów, umiejscowiona w we- wnetrznej czesci skoroszytu, przed grzbietem skoroszytu patrzac od lewej strony ilustracji przedstawia- jacych skoroszyt. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na 3 ilustracjach, Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3. Fig. 1 – przedstawia skoroszyt w postaci rozlozonej w widoku z góry z lekko uniesiona zewnetrzna czescia grzbietu skoroszytu oraz z falda umiejscowiona przed grzbietem skoroszytu patrzac od lewej strony ilustracji, ulozona prostopadle do wewnetrznej spodniej czesci skoroszytu, przez otwory w faldzie przelozony jest klips na dokumenty. The essence of the industrial design is a fold with holes for a document clip, located in the inner part of the folder, in front of the spine of the folder when viewed from the left side of the illustrations depicting the folder. The design is shown in three illustrations: Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3. Fig. 1 shows the folder unfolded in a top view with the outer part of the folder's spine slightly raised and with a fold located in front of the spine of the folder when viewed from the left side of the illustration, perpendicular to the inner bottom part of the folder. A document clip is inserted through the holes in the fold. Fig. 2 – shows the folder unfolded in a top view with the outer part of the folder's spine significantly raised and with a fold located in front of the folder's spine when viewed from the left side of the illustration, perpendicular to the inner bottom part of the folder, with a document clip inserted through the holes in the fold.
