PL 26007 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opiekacz z trzema wkladkami do kanapek, gofrów, grill. Cechy nowosci i indywidualnego charakteru, w porównaniu do innych opiekaczy, przejawiaja sie w jego ogólnym ksztalcie oraz uzyciu i rozmieszczeniu istotnych elementów niezbednych do funkcjonowania opiekacza. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na ilustracji wzoru, na której fig. 1 przedstawia opiekacz z przodu, fig. 2 – otwarty opiekacz z wkladkami do gofrów. Fig. 3 – otwarty opiekacz z wkladkami do kanapek, fig. 4 – otwarty opiekacz z wkladkami do grilla. Istotna cecha opiekacza jest umieszczenie na górnej powierzchni wykonanej ze stali nierdzewnej dwóch kontrolek. The features of novelty and individual character, compared to other toasters, are manifest in its overall shape and the use and arrangement of essential elements necessary for the toaster's operation. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustration of the design, in which Fig. 1 shows the toaster from the front, Fig. 2 – an open toaster with waffle inserts. Fig. 3 – an open toaster with sandwich inserts, Fig. 4 – an open toaster with grill inserts. A significant feature of the toaster is the placement of two indicator lights on the upper surface made of stainless steel.
