Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wytworu nadajaca wizjerowi nowy oryginalny wyglad i indywidualny charakter przejawiajacy sie w ksztalcie, linii, konturów, wlasciwosci powierzchni i ukladzie poszczególnych elementów, zmierzajacych do celów estetycznych i wyrózniajacych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonej ilustracji: na fig. 1 i fig. 2, przy czym fig. 1 przedstawia wizjer w widoku ogólnym od strony zewnetrznej – obserwatora, a fig. 2 pokazuje wizjer w widoku ogólnym od strony celi wieziennej. Na obudowie zewnetrznej osadzona jest owalna ruchoma klapka przy- slaniajaca szklo wizjera na tulei z cylindrycznym uchwytem ze stali nierdzewnej, przez co wizjer uzy- skuje korzystne cechy wyrózniajace i uzytkowe, jak pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji, na fig. 1 i fig. 2. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the product, giving the peephole a new original appearance and an individual character manifested in the shape, lines, contours, surface properties and arrangement of individual elements, aimed at aesthetic and distinctive purposes. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration: in fig. 1 and fig. 2, where fig. 1 shows the peephole in a general view from the outside - the observer, and fig. 2 shows the peephole in a general view from the side of the prison cell. Essential features of the industrial design An optical spyhole mounted, especially in prison cell doors, has an external, smooth and oval casing on the observer's side and an internal casing on the prison cell's side, which casings are circular in shape and chamfered on the external and internal edges. These casings have rectangular sections on the bottom, creating rectangular channels, in which an expanding elastic sleeve is mounted. The rectangular sections have screws mounted in them, visible from the observer's side, fastening the two parts of the spyhole, the external casing with the internal casing. The centre of the connected casings is filled with tempered glass. On the outer casing there is an oval movable flap covering the viewfinder glass on a sleeve with a cylindrical stainless steel handle, thanks to which the viewfinder gains advantageous distinguishing and functional features, as shown in the attached illustration, fig. 1 and fig. 2.
