PL 26250 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest palenisko mogace znalezc zastosowanie w uzytkowaniu np. w ogrodach, na tarasach oraz przy ogniskach do termicznej obróbki zywnosci na wolnym powietrzu. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest palenisko, które ma ksztalt cylindryczny i jest osadzone na nóz- kach. Nózki maja ksztalt walca. Przymocowane sa one do zewnetrznej sciany paleniska w taki sposób, ze wystaja powyzej i ponizej sciany. Do zewnetrznej sciany paleniska po jego obu stronach i ponizej górnej krawedzi sciany paleniska przymocowane sa uchwyty w ksztalcie prostokata. Rzeczywisty wyglad paleniska przedstawiony jest na fig. 1. Wzór przemyslowy charakteryzuje sie nowoczesnym wygladem paleniska, który pelni role ko- mory spalania opalu i podstawy do ewentualnego montowania rusztu. The essence of the industrial design is a fireplace that has a cylindrical shape and is mounted on legs. The legs have the shape of a cylinder. They are attached to the external wall of the fireplace in such a way that they protrude above and below the wall. Rectangular handles are attached to the external wall of the fireplace on both sides and below the upper edge of the fireplace wall. The actual appearance of the fireplace is shown in Fig. 1. The industrial design is characterized by a modern appearance of the fireplace, which acts as a combustion chamber for fuel and a base for possible installation of the grate.
