PL 26330 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampa stojaca przeznaczona do oswietlania wnetrz. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac wytworu nadana mu w szczególnosci przez ksztalt klosza, jego umieszczenie na podstawie oraz rozmieszczenie poszczególnych elementów w kloszu. Nowa postac lampy stojacej, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym charakteryzuje sie eliptycznym ksztaltem klosza oraz prostokatna podstawa. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1–3 ujeto lampe w odmianie pierwszej, a na fig. 4–6 lampe w odmianie drugiej, przy czym kazda z odmian zaprezentowano w trzech rzutach. The essence of the industrial design is a new and original form of the product given to it in particular by the shape of the lampshade, its placement on the base and the arrangement of individual elements in the lampshade. The new form of the floor lamp, in accordance with the industrial design, is characterized by an elliptical shape of the lampshade and a rectangular base. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where figs. 1-3 show the lamp in the first version, and figs. 4-6 show the lamp in the second version, with each of the versions presented in three views.
