W pierwszej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego flakon i korek posiadaja ozdobe w postaci stylizo- wanych kamieni szlachetnych umieszczonych wzdluz krawedzi zarysu flakonu oraz wewnatrz korka. The new and unique form of the decorative graphic element is expressed in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the decorative graphic element, Fig. 2 shows the first form of the decorative graphic element, Fig. 3 shows the second form of the decorative graphic element, and Fig. 4 shows the third form of the decorative graphic element. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The decorative graphic element is characterized by its form of a stylized bottle with an outline similar to a rectangle with a stopper in the shape of the letter "T". The bottle features stripes along its vertical edges, with a central rectangular field, the horizontal edges of which are rectangular. In the first version of the industrial design, the bottle and stopper are embellished with stylized gemstones placed along the edges of the bottle's outline and inside the stopper. Other features are as in the basic version. In the second version of the industrial design, the rectangular field of the bottle features two rows of symmetrical ring elements overlapping in a stylized weave. Other features are as in the basic version. In the third version of the industrial design, the rectangular field of the bottle features two rows of symmetrical ring elements overlapping in a stylized weave. Stylized gemstones are embellished along the bottle's outline and inside the stopper and ring elements. The remaining features are the same as in the basic version.
