The subject of the ornamental design is a scaffolding element. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the scaffolding element, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and surface. The design of the scaffolding element is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the scaffolding element in a perspective view from above; Fig. 2 shows the scaffolding element in a top view from one side; Fig. 3 shows the scaffolding element in a perspective view from above and from the side; Fig. 4 shows the scaffolding element in a side view. A pattern scaffolding element is characterized by its composition of a set of bars, where vertical bars are connected to horizontal bars to form a rectangular frame. Between the longer bars are central bars placed diagonally relative to the longer and shorter bars. At the corners of the frame are irregularly shaped connecting elements with a hole and fastening protrusions. Pattern scaffolding elements, connected together by vertical posts and platforms, form a scaffold. Scaffolding elements can also serve as fall protection for a person on the scaffolding.
