Tablica pamiatkowa przeznaczona jest do umieszczania na niej inskrypcji, nadruków oraz innych rodzajów napisów pamiatkowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac tablicy pamiatkowej, wynikajaca z ksztaltu oraz zestawienia elementów skladowych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono w trzech odmianach uwidocznionych na zalaczonych rysunkach. Pierwsza odmiane wzoru przedstawia fig. 1, fig. 1a, fig. 1b, fig. 1c. Cechy istotne wzoru Wszystkie odmiany tablicy pamiatkowej charakteryzuja sie nastepujacymi cechami: ? tablica ma ksztalt serca, które jest polozone na jednym z boków; ? serce w kazdej z odmian wzoru jest ustawione w te sama strone; ? bok na którym polozone serce jest prosty; ? drugi z boków serca jest wklesly do srodka; ? tablica ustawiona jest pochylo w stosunku do podstawy/podloza. Odmiany wzoru róznia sie miedzy soba tym, ze pierwsza i druga odmiana posiadaja prostokatna podstawe do której zamocowana jest tablica, zas trzecia odmiana posiada podpórke podpierajaca tablice. Przy czym mimo tych róznic kat pochylenia tablicy jest w kazdej odmianie taki sam. Ponadto pierwsza i druga odmiana wzoru róznia sie miedzy soba wielkoscia podstawy. Róznice te nie wplywaja na ogólne wrazenie wywolywane na uzytkowniku przez wzór. The commemorative plaque is intended to hold inscriptions, prints, and other types of commemorative inscriptions. The essence of the industrial design is a new and unique form of the commemorative plaque, resulting from the shape and arrangement of its components. The industrial design is presented in three variants shown in the attached drawings. The first variant is shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, Fig. 1b, and Fig. 1c. Fig. 1 shows the commemorative plaque from the front. Fig. 1a shows the commemorative plaque from the side. Fig. 1b shows the commemorative plaque from the top. Fig. 1c shows the commemorative plaque from the back. The second variant of the design is shown in fig. 2, fig. 2a, fig. 2b, fig. 2c. Fig. 2 shows the commemorative plaque in a front view. Fig. 2a shows the commemorative plaque in a side view. Fig. 2b shows the commemorative plaque in a top view. Fig. 2c shows the commemorative plaque in a back view. Essential features of the design All variants of the commemorative plaque are characterized by the following features: ? the plaque has the shape of a heart, which is located on one of the sides; ? In each design variation, the heart faces the same direction; the side on which the heart rests is straight; the other side of the heart is concave inward; and the board is tilted relative to the base/surface. The design variations differ in that the first and second designs have a rectangular base to which the board is attached, while the third design has a support leg supporting the board. Despite these differences, the angle of the board is the same in each design. Furthermore, the first and second design variations differ in the size of the base. These differences do not affect the overall impression the design creates on the user.
