Centralnie na bialym tle w dolnej czesci etykiety wykonany jest dominujacy napis POLSKI MIÓD w kolorze czarnym, ponizej znak PRODUKT POLSKI w kolorach bialo-czerwonych i na samym dole rodzaj miodu. Na bokach napisów wykonane sa wianuszki z tych samych kolorowych motywów roslin- nych sztuki ludowej. Nad napisem POLSKI MIÓD w miejscu laczacym krawatke z dolna czescia etykiety umieszczony jest znak jakosci „Poznaj dobra zywnosc" w kolorze czerwonym. Cala etykieta ma obramowanie w postaci cienkiego paska w kolorze ciemnego zlota, a czesc dolna dodatkowo od strony wewnetrznej ma cienki pas poszatkowany kolorami kwiatów. Pierwsza od- miana etykiety dotyczy miodu wielokwiatowego, jak pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji na fig. 1. W drugiej odmianie wzoru etykieta przeznaczona jest dla miodu lipowego, a wianuszki obejmu- jace napisy umieszczone na bialym tle w jej dolnej czesci wykonane sa z kolorowych motywów roslin- nych sztuki ludowej w kolorach zólto-zielono-czerwonych, natomiast obramowanie calej etykiety jest w kolorze pomaranczowym, jak pokazano na zlaczonej ilustracji na fig. 2. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in the arrangement of lines, color, and graphic composition, giving the label a specific and original appearance aimed at satisfying aesthetic purposes, thanks to which the label acquires advantageous decorative and functional characteristics. The industrial design is intended for multiple reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration showing a general view of the label in 10 variants, in figures from Fig. 1 to Fig. 10. Essential features of the industrial design The new form of the label intended for placement on packaging of natural honey, in accordance with the industrial design, is expressed in the fact that in all its variants, the label is formed by an upper part in the form of a vertical strip, the so-called The ties and the lower part, which are roughly circular in shape with rounded edges and raised edges. The upper part of the ties features the company's protected European Union trademark No. 018089720: MAZURSKIE MIODY, a company since 1964. A wreath of colorful and vibrant plant motifs, referencing the culture of Łowicz, is placed against a black background in the vertical band. Centrally on the white background in the lower part of the label, the dominant inscription "POLSKI MIÓD" is in black, below is the "PRODUKT POLSKI" (POLISH PRODUCT) in red and white, and at the very bottom is the type of honey. On the sides of the inscriptions are wreaths made of the same colorful folk art plant motifs. Above the POLSKI MIÓD (POLISH MIÓD) inscription, where the ties meet the lower part of the label, is the "Poznaj dobry żywnosc" (Discover Good Food) quality mark in red. The entire label is framed by a thin stripe in dark gold, and the lower part additionally has a thin stripe on the inside, broken up with floral colors. The first version of the label concerns multi-flower honey, as shown in the attached illustration in Fig. 1. In the second version of the design, the label is intended for linden honey, and the wreaths surrounding the inscriptions placed on a white background in its lower part are made of colorful folk art plant motifs in yellow, green and red colors, while the frame of the entire label is orange, as shown in the attached illustration in Fig. 2. In the third version of the design, the label is intended for buckwheat honey, where the wreaths surrounding the inscriptions placed on a white background in its lower part, made of colorful folk art plant motifs, are in the predominant colors of red and green, and the frame of the entire label is in dark red, as shown in the attached illustration in Fig. 3. In the fourth version of the design, the label concerns multi-flower honey, where the frame of the entire label is multi-colored in the colors: blue, yellow, pink, as shown in the attached illustration in Fig. 4. In the fifth variant of the design, the label is intended for phacelia honey, where under the inscription POLSKI MIÓD, on the winding ribbon there is the inscription: Pszczeli z Polskich Pasiek, and the wreaths made of colorful folk art plant motifs covering the inscriptions are in the predominant colors of purple and green, while the frame of the entire label is in purple, as shown in the attached illustration in Fig. 5. In the sixth variant of the design, the label is intended for heather honey, where on the white background in its lower part above and below the inscription POLSKI MIÓD there are ornaments, and on the winding ribbon there is the inscription: Pszczeli z Polskich Pasiek, while the wreaths made of colorful folk art plant motifs are predominantly in the color The label is pink and green, and the border of the entire label is burgundy, as shown in the attached illustration in Fig. 6. In the seventh variant of the design, the label is intended for coniferous honeydew honey, where under the inscription POLSKI MIÓD on the winding ribbon there is the inscription: Pszczeli z Polskich Pasiek, and the wreaths made of colorful folk art plant motifs covering the inscriptions are in the predominant colors of green and red, while the border of the entire label is dark green, as shown in the attached illustration in Fig. 7. In the ninth variant of the design, the label is intended for acacia honey, where under the inscription POLSKI MIÓD on the winding ribbon there is the inscription: Pszczeli z Polskich Pasiek, and the wreaths encompassing the inscriptions made of colourful plant motifs of folk art are in the predominant colours of yellow and green, while the border of the entire label is dark green, as shown in the attached illustration in Fig. 9.
