Istota wzoru zdobniczego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. Zestaw stolowy jest przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, z których fig.l pokazuje waze z pokrywa, a fig.2 pokazuje sosjerke i posypywaczke. Górna czesc ucha polaczona jest z korpusem za posrednictwem niskiej stopki. Pokrywa wazy ma ksztalt wysokiej kopu- ly, na szczycie której znajduje sie osadzony na niskiej stopce uchwyt w ksztalcie kropli czescia zwezajaca sie skierowana ku górze. Sosjerka ma osadzony na nózce w ksztalcie zblizonym do stozka scietego kre- py, owalny korpus, który u dolu jest waski i rozszerza sie ku górze. Górna czesc kor- pusu jest podcieta. Linia podciecia obiega korpus na równej wysokosci. Za linia pod- ciecia korpus zweza sie i jest wklesly, a dalej przechodzi w lekko rozchylony kolnierz zakonczony falistym brzegiem z lagodnymi wzniesieniami. Sosjerka ma szeroki wylew wyprofilowany z korpusu powyzej linii podciecia. Po przeciwnej stronie wylewu znaj- duje sie plaskie ucho w ksztalcie polowy serca mocowane u dolu w rozszerzajacej sie czesci korpusu, a u góry powyzej linii podciecia korpusu. Korpus u góry ma sklepienie w ksztalcie kopulki z otworkami. Zestaw stolowy ma nazwe „Astra". PL PL PLTable Set The right of registration of the ornamental design is valid from July 25, 2001. The subject of the ornamental design is a table set consisting of a tureen with a lid, a gravy boat, and a sprinkler. The essence of the ornamental design is revealed in its shape. The table set is shown in the attached photographs, of which Fig. 1 shows the tureen with a lid, and Fig. 2 shows the gravy boat and sprinkler. The tureen has a body mounted on a leg, shaped like a truncated cone, narrow at the bottom and widening upwards. The upper part of the body is undercut. The undercut line runs around the body at an equal height. Beyond the undercut line, the body narrows and becomes concave, then merges into a slightly flared collar, topped with a wavy edge with gentle rises. On both sides of the body are flat, half-heart-shaped handles attached at the bottom to the widening part of the body and at the top above the undercut line. The upper part of the handle is connected to the body by a low foot. The tureen's lid is shaped like a high dome, topped by a teardrop-shaped handle mounted on a low foot, with the tapering part pointing upward. The sauceboat has an oval body mounted on a foot, shaped like a truncated crepe cone, narrow at the bottom and widening upward. The upper part of the body is undercut. The undercut line runs around the body at a uniform height. Beyond the undercut line, the body narrows and becomes concave, then merges into a slightly flared collar, topped with a wavy edge with gentle rises. The sauceboat has a wide spout, profiled from the body above the undercut line. On the opposite side of the spout, there is a flat, half-heart-shaped handle attached at the bottom to the widening part of the body and at the top above the undercut line. The upper part of the handle is connected to the body by a low foot. The sprinkler has a slender body mounted on a truncated cone-shaped leg, narrow at the bottom and widening upwards. The upper part of the body is undercut. The undercut line runs around the body at a uniform height. Beyond the undercut line, the body narrows and becomes concave, then merges into a slightly flared collar with a wavy edge and gentle rises. The body has a dome-shaped vault with perforations at the top. The table set is called "Astra." PL PL PL
