Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac jednorazowej skladanej torby pojemnika ko- pertowego, zmierzajaca do celów uzytkowych i estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie i formie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów i scian torby. W jednej czolowej sciance prosto- katnej jest umieszczony otwór wrzutowy majacy ksztalt splaszczonego rombu polaczonych dwóch trójka- tów równobocznych dolaczonych do siebie podstawami. Boki otworu wrzutowego sa rozciete i rozchylone, przez który wrzucane sa „odpadki". Otwór wrzutowy w sciance jest wykonany wzdluz linii „bigu" poprzez naciecie. Przemieszczanie sie elementów trójkatnych i elementów bocznych prostokatnych wzdluz linii „bigów" pozwala na skladanie torby i splaszczenie jej do minimalnych rozmiarów, która nadaje sie do dalszego transportu. Górna czesc scianek prostokatnych jest wzmocniona druga warstwa papieru i za- konczona uchwytem wraz z okraglym otworem umieszczonym w srodku szerokosci uchwytu. Elementem zabezpieczajacym odchylane czesci otworu wrzutowego przed jej otwarciem jest maly „rzep" zamocowany na zewnatrz odchylanych scianek, który umozliwia zamkniecie i/lub otwarcie otworu wrzutowego. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a disposable, foldable bag or envelope container, intended for both utilitarian and aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape and form, as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of the individual elements and walls of the bag. The subject of the industrial design of the disposable foldable bag is presented in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 – shows a perspective view of the disposable bag unfolded with a diamond-shaped insertion opening in a front view, Fig. 2 – shows a perspective view of the disposable foldable bag in a front view with an open part of the insertion opening, Fig. 3 – shows a perspective view of the disposable foldable bag in a front view with a bent base of the bag, Fig. 4 – shows a perspective view of the disposable waste bag in a flattened position. In variant I of the industrial design of the disposable foldable waste bag, Fig. 5 shows a front perspective view of the disposable bag unfolded with a semicircular insertion opening; Fig. 6 shows a front perspective view of the disposable bag unfolded with an open semicircular insertion opening. As shown in the figures, the disposable foldable waste bag has a three-dimensional body in the shape of a truncated triangular cuboid, ending in a handle with a circular hole for hanging anywhere. The body of the foldable bag has a connected rectangular base and consists of two opposing rectangular side walls and foldable triangular side walls connected to the other two adjacent rectangular walls. One front rectangular wall has a drop-in opening in the shape of a flattened rhombus, made up of two equilateral triangles joined at their bases. The sides of the drop-in opening are slit and parted, allowing the "waste" to be dropped through. The drop-in opening in the wall is made along the crease line by cutting. The movement of the triangular elements and the rectangular side elements along the crease line allows the bag to be folded and flattened to a minimum size, suitable for further transport. The upper part of the rectangular walls is reinforced with a second layer of paper and ends with a handle with a round hole located in the middle of the handle's width. The element securing the hinged parts of the drop-in opening against its opening is a small "Velcro" attached to the outside of the hinged walls, which enables closing and/or opening the drop-in opening. Variation I of the Industrial Design In the first variant of the industrial design shown in fig. 5, 6, the body of the foldable bag has the same shape, but with a different drop-in opening for waste. In the front wall of the bag, in the front view, in addition to the handle with a round hole for hanging, there is a drop-in opening in the shape of a semicircle. The drop-in opening in the wall is made along the "crease" line by means of a cut, which allows the wall to be tilted along a radius for dropping waste. The element securing the hinged part of the drop-in opening against its opening is a small "Velcro" attached to the outside of the hinged wall, which enables closing and/or opening the drop-in opening. An important feature of the industrial design shown in figures 1 and 2, 3, and 5 – a disposable foldable waste bag – is that it is a three-dimensional arrangement reflected in its shape, which has a body in the shape of a truncated triangular cuboid, ending in the upper part with a handle with a hole for hanging it in any place, while the body of the foldable bag has a connected rectangular base with two opposite rectangular side walls connected to foldable triangular side walls. In one front rectangular wall there is a drop-in opening in the shape of a flattened rhombus connected by two isosceles triangles joined at their bases. The sides of the drop-in opening are cut and parted, through which "waste" is thrown, while in variant I, in the front wall of the foldable bag, in addition to a handle with a round hole for hanging, in the front view there is a drop-in opening in the shape of an open semicircle as shown in Fig. 5.
