PL 27300 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zeszyt, sluzacy do zachowania w nim dowolnego typu informacji, danych, znaków czy sladów. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowy charakter przed- miotu, przejawiajacy sie w oryginalnym ukladzie graficznym, który nadaje mu charakterystyczny wyglad oraz nowe wartosci dydaktyczne. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: zeszyt posiadajacy blok kartek i okladke (Fig. 1 i 2), cha- rakteryzuje sie tym, ze jego kartki posiadaja zróznicowany uklad graficzny w postaci kropek, kratek i linii (Fig. 3), okladka wraz blokiem kartek i elementem sprezyn stanowi uklad kolo-zeszytu (Fig. 2), oraz dodatkowo zawiera elementy tekstowe i graficzne dotyczace uzytkowania (Fig. 4).
