Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wytworu nadajaca kompozycji kotwiacej nowy oryginalny wyglad i indywidualny charakter przejawiajacy sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie poszczególnych elementów, zmierzajacych do celów estetycznych i wyrózniajacych. Wzór przemyslowy przeznaczony jest do wielokrotnego odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the product that gives the anchoring composition a new, original appearance and individual character manifested in the shape and arrangement of individual elements, aimed at aesthetic and distinctive purposes. The industrial design is intended for multiple reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration showing the anchoring system in a general view in Fig. 1 and in a side view in Fig. 2. Essential features of the industrial design: The anchoring system used for fastening various types of building structures, especially solar structures, to the ground is characterized by the fact that it has two open channel-shaped plates which are connected to each other in such a way that they face each other with smooth rectangular surfaces, creating a free space between them, and on the side walls of each channel-shaped plate there are holes at different heights through which stabilizing tubes are inserted diagonally, while on the smooth surface of each plate there are also holes through which connecting and stabilizing tubes are inserted diagonally, thanks to which the anchoring system obtains advantageous distinguishing and utility, as shown in the attached illustration of the industrial design in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
