PL 27521 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kamien bizuteryjny plytkowy, jednoobsadowy przeznaczony do obsadzania w metalowych oprawach pierscionków, sygnetów, naszyjników, kolczyków, kolii, bransolet, szpilek, zapinek, spinek, dewizek i innych podobnych elementów bizuterii, zwlaszcza noszonej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest szczególowo przedstawiony w odmianach jego wykonania i zobrazowany na zalaczonych rysunkach i zdjeciach. Kamien w widoku z góry ma ksztalt klasycznego regularnego oblokrawedziowego okregu. Kamien ma charakter zasadniczo plaskiej cienkiej plytki, a jego nieznacznie wypukla górna (ekspozycyjna) powierzchnia przechodzi lagodnym lukiem o malym promieniu w boczna (równiez ekspozycyjna) powierzchnie ukosna, zbiegajaca ku podstawie pod katem rozwartym. W obrebie dolnej (nieekspozycyjnej) plaskiej podstawy uksztaltowany jest na calym obwodzie jednakowej wysokosci osadczy kolnierz prostopadly do plaskiej podstawy kamienia. The subject of the industrial design is presented in detail in its variants and illustrated in the attached drawings and photos. The drawings show: fig. 1 – perspective view of the stone obliquely from the side of the display surface, fig. 1.1 – view of the stone from above, fig. 1.2 – cross-section of the stone, vertical plane. In the top view, the stone has the shape of a classic, regular, rounded-edge circle. The stone is basically a flat, thin plate, and its slightly convex upper (exhibition) surface passes with a gentle arc of a small radius into the side (also exhibition) oblique surface, running towards the base at an obtuse angle. Within the lower (non-exhibition) flat base, a collar of the same height is formed around the entire circumference, perpendicular to the flat base of the stone.
