OPIS WZORU ZDOBNICZEGO Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest front meblowy, który wchodzi w sklad zestawów meblowych : pokojowych, systemowych, jest stosowany w róznego rodzaju szafkach stojacych zwanych witrynami. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac plyty czolowej drzwiczek, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, kolorystyce, zmierzajaca do osiagniecia celów estetycznych. Plyta czolowa frontu meblowego wedlug wzoru zdobniczego jest wykonana z plyty MDF oklejonej folia PVC. Zdobienie frontu meblowego obejmuje frezowanie-wyciecie profilu w postaci okienek w szerokiej plaszczyznie drzwi. Ten rodzaj zdobienia dotyczy drzwi witryny. Ze wzgledu na stala odleglosc frezowanego wzoru od krawedzi zewnetrznych frontu meblowego, wraz ze zmiana wymiarów szerokosci i/lub wysokosci elementuzmienia sie szerokosc i/lub wysokosc wykonywanego wyciecia. Ksztalt profilu na przekroju poprzecznym stanowi wyciecie prostopadle do powierzchni frontu o grubosci ok. 1 mm przechodzace nastepnie w zaokraglenie bedace cwiartka okregu i zajmujace pozostala grubosc frontu. Ksztalt powstalych poprzez wyciecie okienek ramiaków na przekroju poprzecznym pozostaje bez zmian. Cztery dolne stanowiace dwie pary sposród szesciu wycietych w plaszczyznie frontu okienek maja ksztalt prostokatów z lekko zaokraglonymi naroznikami .Górne dwa okienka stanowiace jedna pare w dolnej czesci maja równiez lekko zaokraglone narozniki , identycznie jak okienka nizej ( patrz fotografia), natomiast w górnej czesci tych okienek zostal wykonany wzór w postaci dwóch laczacych sie ze soba luków, przy czym okienko lewe stanowi lustrzane odbicie okienka prawego i odwrotnie. Caly front ma ksztalt prostokata, ( patrz fotografia).ZASTRZEZENE OCHRONNE Front meblowy wykonany z plyty MDF oklejonej folia PVC, znamienny tym, ze na powierzchni czolowej czyli w plaszczyznie ma wyciete okienka, cztery dolne o ksztalcie prostokatów i dwa-górne ze wzorem w górnej czesci okienka jak pokazano na zalaczonych fotografiach. Dla zastrzezenia istotny jest ksztalt wycietego w plaszczyznie profilu i ksztalt calego frontu. PL PLDESCRIPTION OF THE ORNAMENTAL DESIGN The right to register an ornamental design is valid from [date]. The subject of the ornamental design is a furniture front, which is part of furniture sets: living rooms, modular furniture, and is used in various types of standing cabinets called display cabinets. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the door front panel, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and color, aimed at achieving aesthetic goals. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the photographs attached to the application, showing the front view of the furniture front. The front panel of the furniture front, as per the ornamental design, is made of MDF board covered with PVC foil. The furniture front decoration involves milling and cutting out a profile in the form of windows in the wide surface of the door. This type of decoration applies to display cabinet doors. Due to the constant distance of the milled pattern from the outer edges of the furniture front, as the width and/or height of the element changes, the width and/or height of the cutout changes. The cross-sectional shape of the profile is a cutout perpendicular to the front surface, approximately 1 mm thick, then transitions into a quarter-circle rounding that occupies the remaining thickness of the front. The shape of the cut-out stiles remains unchanged in the cross-section. The bottom four windows, two pairs of six, cut into the front face are rectangular with slightly rounded corners. The top two windows, one pair, also have slightly rounded corners in the lower part, identical to the windows below (see photo). The upper part of these windows features a pattern in the form of two interconnecting arcs, with the left window being a mirror image of the right window and vice versa. The entire front face is rectangular (see photo). PROTECTIVE REGISTRATION: This furniture front is made of MDF board covered with PVC foil, characterized by windows cut out on the front face, i.e., in the face. Four lower windows are rectangular, and two upper windows have a pattern in the upper part of the window, as shown in the attached photos. For the purpose of reservation, the shape of the profile cut in the plane and the shape of the entire front are important. PL PL
