PL 27755 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest auto o fantazyjnym i nowym ksztalcie i liniach, zwlaszcza tylu i przodu zabawki z nadwoziem terenowym. Z przodu karoserii widoczny jest charakterystyczny ksztalt frontu pojazdu – atrapy wlotu powietrza i oslony grilla 2a, 2b 2c oraz reflektorów 1a, 1b, 1c dla kazdej odmiany wzoru. Auto ma wysoko osadzone nadwozie 1, z tylu wyposazone jest w zawieszone kolo zapasowe 4, natomiast z boku posiada pare drzwi 5. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony w odmianach jego wykonania i zobrazowany na zalaczonych rysunkach w widokach z przodu, tylu i z boku. The front of the bodywork features the vehicle's characteristic front shape – air intake vents and grille covers 2a, 2b, 2c, and headlights 1a, 1b, 1c for each design variant. The car has a high-set body 1, a suspended spare wheel 4 at the rear, and two doors 5 at the side. The subject of the industrial design is presented in its variants and illustrated in the attached drawings in front, rear, and side views. Fig. 1 shows the design in the first variant, fig. 2 – the front view in the second variant, fig. 3 – the front view in the third variant, fig. 4 – the toy car's rear view common to all variants, fig. 5 – the side of the car for all variants, fig. 6 shows the design of the car in the first variant in an exemplary color version, fig. 7 – the second variant in an exemplary color version. Common features of the design variants: ? fancy shape of the wheel tread 3; ? rear of the car with a suspended spare wheel 4; ? body 1 of the car with an open passenger cabin, i.e. in the convertible version; ? characteristic contour and lines of the car's body. The toy car in the first variant has a characteristic shape of the front of the vehicle – dummy air intake grilles and a grill cover in the form of a vertical grid arrangement 2a. The second variant is distinguished by a horizontal grid arrangement 2b, the third variant with a rectangular hole arrangement 2c.
