Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym pokazano etykiete w widoku ogólnym wraz z logo i elementami graficznymi. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours, and shapes, as well as by decorative motifs, distinguishing the graphic design and color range of the product. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, which shows a general view of the label along with the logo and graphic elements. One version of the product label according to the industrial design is illustrated in Fig. 1.
