PL 27859 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie ozdobne przeznaczone do przechowy- wania oplatków wigilijnych z siankiem wigilijnym. Nowa postac i oryginalny charakter wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, oraz kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których Fig. 1 przedstawia fotografie frontu opakowania ozdobnego na Oplatki Wigilijne z Siankiem Wigilijnym w stanie zlozonym w widoku izometrycznym z napisami i elementami grafiki, Fig. 2 – zdjecie tylnej czesci opakowania w rzucie izometrycznym, Fig. 3 przedstawia fotografie przodu opakowania bez napisów i grafiki, Fig. 4 – rozwiniecie opakowania pokazanego na fig. 1 i 2 (widok przód i tyl), fig. 5 – opakowanie ozdobne w wersji kolorowej, widok izometryczny; Fig. 5a bialo-kremowe przód. Fig. 5b bialo-kremowe tyl, Fig. 5c – czerwone przód, Fig. 5d – czerwone tyl, Fig. 5e – granatowe przód, Fig. 5f – granatowa tyl. Opakowanie ozdobne na oplatki wigilijne i sianko wigilijne pokazane na rysunku fig. 1 oraz materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 2, 3, 4, 5a-f ma ksztalt przestrzennej bryly prostopadlosciennej. Przednia duza prostokatna sciana posiada wyciecia o przykladowym ksztalcie choinki i bombki umozliwiajac tym samym bezposrednia ekspozycje produktów umieszczonych wewnatrz opakowania. Tylna duza sciana opakowania nie posiada wyciec. Opakowanie ozdobne na oplatki wigilijne i sianko wigilijne ma kolor bialo-kremowy, czerwony oraz granatowy i ich odcieni przy czym na obrzezach wycietych elementów bombki i choinki znajduja sie wstegowe elementy ozdobne (gwiazdki, platki sniegu). Opakowanie zawiera równiez napisy: tytulowy „Zestaw Wigilijny" oraz dolny wskazujacy na zawartosc opakowania „Oplatki wigilijne z siankiem" wykonane stylizowanymi literami. Na tylnej scianie opakowania znajduje sie informacja o historii, symbolice i znaczeniu oplatków wigilijnych oraz sianka wigilijnego przedstawione w trzech kolumnach wraz z logiem producenta, adresem oraz kod EAN. Rozwiniecie opakowania ozdobnego pokazane na fig. 4 stanowi wydluzony poziomy element prostokatny podzielony liniami giecia na dwa duze prostokaty (przednia czesc z wycieciami choinki bombki, drugi duzy prostokat stanowi tylna sciana). Boczne waskie sciany (dno, górna czesc oraz bok lewy i bok prawy) stanowia grubosc opakowania nadajac mu w ten sposób uklad przestrzenny bryly. Linie nadajace obrys opakowania i tworzace prostokaty sa równiez liniami giecia. Obszary boczne siatki opakowania (fig. 4) o zaokraglonych wierzcholkach stanowia element sluzacy do klejenia opakowania. Po zagieciu elementów wzdluz linii tworzacych prostokaty bedace jednoczesnie liniami giecia powstaje przestrzenne opakowanie ozdobne na oplatki wigilijne i sianko wigilijne. The new form and original character of the industrial design is manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and colors. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a photograph of the front of the decorative packaging for Christmas Eve wafers with Christmas hay in an folded state in an isometric view with inscriptions and graphic elements, Fig. 2 – a photograph of the back of the packaging in an isometric view, Fig. 3 shows a photograph of the front of the packaging without inscriptions or graphics, Fig. 4 – an expansion of the packaging shown in Figs. 1 and 2 (front and back views), Fig. 5 – the decorative packaging in a color version, isometric view; Fig. 5a: white and cream front. Fig. 5b white and cream back, Fig. 5c – red front, Fig. 5d – red back, Fig. 5e – navy blue front, Fig. 5f – navy blue back. The decorative packaging for Christmas Eve wafers and Christmas Eve hay shown in Fig. 1 and illustrative material Figs. 2, 3, 4, 5a-f has the shape of a spatial cuboid. The large rectangular front wall has cutouts in the shape of a Christmas tree and bauble, allowing direct display of the products placed inside. The large rear wall of the packaging has no cutouts. The decorative packaging for Christmas Eve wafers and hay is available in white, cream, red, and navy blue, and their shades. The edges of the cut-out bauble and Christmas tree elements are decorated with ribbon-like decorative elements (stars, snowflakes). The packaging also contains inscriptions: the title "Christmas Eve Set" and the bottom inscription "Christmas Eve Wafers with Hay" in stylized letters, indicating the package contents. The back wall of the packaging contains information about the history, symbolism, and meaning of the Christmas Eve wafers and hay, presented in three columns, along with the manufacturer's logo, address, and EAN code. The extension of the decorative packaging, shown in Fig. 4, consists of an elongated horizontal rectangular element divided by folding lines into two large rectangles (the front part with the cut-out bauble Christmas tree, and the second large rectangle forming the back wall). The narrow side walls (bottom, top, left and right sides) constitute the thickness of the packaging, thus giving it a three-dimensional shape. The lines defining the package's outline and forming rectangles also serve as fold lines. The side areas of the packaging mesh (Fig. 4), with rounded corners, serve as a gluing element. After bending the elements along the lines forming the rectangles, which also serve as fold lines, a three-dimensional decorative package for Christmas Eve wafers and hay is created.
