Napis znajdujacy sie w drugim wierszu jest zorientowany do lewej strony i jest mniejszy niz napis znajdujacy sie nad nim. Pierwsza litere wiekszego napisu zdobi wpisany w nia motyw graficzny stylizujacy oko. Znak graficzny, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego odmiana 2, przedstawiony na zalaczonym ry- sunku Fig. 2 która stanowi stylizowany napis rozmieszczonych w dwóch wierszach, wykonany za po- moca wielkiej, ciemnej czcionki na jasnym tle. Napis znajdujacy sie w drugim wierszu jest zorientowany do lewej strony i jest mniejszy niz napis znajdujacy sie nad nim, przy czym napis ten odnosi sie do lokalizacji geograficznej. The graphic sign, according to the industrial design, may be used on advertising panels, especially in opticians' shops. The essence of the design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the structure of the composition of the graphic content, the arrangement of lines, contours, colours, ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the graphic sign, variant 1, Fig. 2 shows the graphic sign, variant 2. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design include the graphic form with the word element of the design, variant 1, presented in Fig. 1, which is a stylised inscription arranged in two lines, made using large, dark font on a light background. The inscription in the second line is oriented to the left and is smaller than the inscription above it. The first letter of the larger inscription is decorated with a graphic motif stylizing an eye inscribed in it. The graphic mark, according to industrial design variant 2, shown in the attached drawing Fig. 2, which is a stylized inscription arranged in two lines, made using large, dark font on a light background. The inscription in the second line is oriented to the left and is smaller than the inscription above it, and this inscription refers to a geographic location.
