Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 29.01.2001r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka do napojów gazowanych i niegazowanych. Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie butelki. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym przedstawiajacym na fig. 1 butelke w widoku bocznym, fig. 2 - widok perspektywiczny pochylonej butelki. Butelka wedlug wzoru zdobniczego wykonana z przezroczystego tworzywa sztucznego ma korpus majacy na calej dlugosci postac prostopadloscianu zakonczonegow dolnej czesci podstawa w ksztalcie ostroslupa scietego o malej wysokosci, z wewnetrznym wglebieniem w ksztalcie czaszy. W czesci górnej prostopadloscian przechodzi w wydluzony ostroslup sciety z szyjka na górnej podstawie. Na narozach prostopadloscianu uksztaltowane sa szerokie zaoblenia, wystajace poza scianki korpusu. Na calej powierzchni prostopadloscianu wyprofilowane sa z równomiernym rozmieszczeniem poziome lukowe wglebienia, z których wglebienia znajdujace sie na stronie dolnej maja wieksze promienie zaokraglen od promieni wnek w czesci górnej, oddzielonej pierscieniowym wystepem od czesci dolnej, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 i fig. 2. The essence of the design is the three-dimensional shape of the bottle. The design is shown in the attached illustration, which shows the bottle in Fig. 1 in a side view, and Fig. 2 in a perspective view of the inclined bottle. The bottle, according to the design, is made of transparent plastic and has a body that is a cuboid along its entire length, topped at the bottom with a base in the shape of a truncated pyramid of low height, with an internal recess in the shape of a bowl. In the upper part, the cuboid transforms into an elongated truncated pyramid with a neck at the upper base. The corners of the cuboid are shaped with wide curves that extend beyond the body walls. Horizontal, evenly spaced arc-shaped recesses are profiled across the entire surface of the cuboid. The recesses on the lower side have larger rounded radii than the recesses in the upper part, which is separated from the lower part by an annular protrusion, as shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
