Wyswietlacze wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wyrózniaja sie tym, ze na gladkiej powierzchni czworokata z ciemnym tlem wyswietlane sa jasne slowa podajace czas w jezyku polskim. Zaleta wyswietlacza zegara o oryginalnym wygladzie jest zaspokojenie potrzeb estetycznych uzytkowników. Przejawy przemyslowej twórczosci wzorniczej, które zakreslaja istote przedmiotowego wzoru uwidoczniono w sposób pelny w figurach rysunku, stanowiacych integralna czesc zgloszenia i ilustrujacych wraz z opisem wzoru cechy istotne w zakresie zadanej ochrony prawnej. The aesthetic effect is provided by a new form of the display, in which the numerals or hands have been replaced with Polish words with the addition of dots or dashes. Displays based on the industrial design are distinguished by the fact that on a smooth quadrangular surface with a dark background, bright words indicating the time in Polish are displayed. The advantage of the clock display with its original appearance is that it satisfies the aesthetic needs of users. The manifestations of industrial design creativity that define the essence of the subject design are fully visible in the drawing figures, which constitute an integral part of the application and, together with the description of the design, illustrate the features essential to the scope of the sought legal protection. The display in its variants is shown in the drawing, in which: Fig. 1 shows a display in which through the outer partially transparent layer one can see the bottom mask with illuminated and non-illuminated words and four dots centrally under the words, Fig. 2 - a display in the variant of Fig. 1, which has words on the bottom mask with rounded corners and dots on the right side under the words, Fig. 3 - a display in the variant of Fig. 1, in which the bottom mask with words has lines under the words, Fig. 4 - a display in the variant of Fig. 1, in which the bottom mask with rounded corners has words and four dots in the corners, Fig. 5 - a display in the variant of Fig. 1 and Fig. 3 with an outer layer of less transparency has a bottom mask with words and lines under the words, Fig. 6 – the display in the variant from Fig. 1 and Fig. 3 has a bottom mask with words and lines under the words in the form of an elongated quadrilateral, Fig. 7 – the display in the variant from Fig. 1 and Fig. 3, in which the bottom mask has lines under the words, the words and lines having a filled center with only visible outlines, Fig. 8 – the display in the variant from Fig. 1 has a bottom mask with only words, Fig. 9 shows the display in the variant from Fig. 1, in which the bottom mask with only words has rounded corners. As shown in the drawing, the pattern presented in the variants has a specific appearance given to it by the features listed below: all varieties of the clock display have a dark background on which Polish words used in everyday language to specify the time on the clock are illuminated, arranged in several rows within the outline of a quadrangle of the bottom mask partially covered by a transparent outer layer, with slight differences in the individual varieties: ? in variety I – the display has four dots centrally under the words, as shown in Fig. 1; ? in variety II – the display has a bottom mask with rounded corners and dots on the right side under the words, as shown in Fig. 2; ? in variety III – the display has lines under the words, as shown in Fig. 3; ? in variety IV – the display has words and dots in the corners, as shown in Fig. 4; in variant V – the display has lines under the words and an outer layer of less transparency than in other design variants, as shown in Fig. 5; in variant VI – the display has lines under the words on a mask with an elongated quadrangular outline, as shown in Fig. 6; in variant VII – the display has lines under the words, the words and lines having a filled center with only their outlines visible, as shown in Fig. 7; in variant VIII – the display has only words on a mask within a quadrangular outline, as shown in Fig. 8, in variant IX – the display has only words on a mask with rounded corners within a quadrangular outline, as shown in Fig. 9. The clock display made in the form of an industrial design, designated by the claimed essential features, has a specific and original appearance.
