Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnej ornamentacji. Odmiana I – czarna pletwa ze zlotym charakterystycznym wzorem, jak na Fig. 1. 2. Odmiana II – czarna pletwa z charakterystyczna romboidalna ornamentacja w kolorze srebrnym, jak na Fig. 2. 3. Odmiana III – czarna kolumna z charakterystyczna romboidalna ornamentacja w kolorze zlotym, jak na Fig. 3, oraz Fig. 4. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in original ornamentation. The industrial design is shown in the illustrations: Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4. The grave candle decoration is in the form of a stick-on application in the form of a fin with characteristic colors, as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4, where Fig. 4 shows the design in its implementation on a grave candle. The industrial design may occur in three varieties, with the elements indicated above constituting their common features. Variations of the industrial design differ in color. And so: 1. Variation I – a black fin with a characteristic gold pattern, as in Fig. 1. 2. Variation II – a black fin with a characteristic rhomboidal ornamentation in silver, as in Fig. 2. 3. Variation III – a black column with a characteristic rhomboidal ornamentation in gold, as in Fig. 3, and Fig. 4.
