Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac talerza przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, w szczególnosci w kolumnie, która w przekroju ma ksztalt wycinka okregu i która jest posadowiona na plaskiej po- wierzchni talerza. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. od 1 do 3 przed- stawiaja talerz w trzech odmianach w rzucie izometrycznym. Wszystkie odmiany talerza maja istotne cechy wspólne (kolumna, która w przekroju ma ksztalt wycinka okregu i która jest posadowiona na plaskiej powierzchni talerza), a róznia sie jedynie wysokoscia kolumny. Talerz w pierwszej odmianie przedstawiony na fig. 1 ma kolumne sredniej wysokosci, talerz w drugiej odmianie przedstawiony na fig. 2 ma kolumne wysoka i talerz w trzeciej odmianie przedstawiony na fig. 3 ma kolumne niska, przy czym fig. 1a przedstawia talerz w pierwszej odmianie w rzucie z boku, fig. 1b przedstawia talerz w pierwszej odmianie w rzucie z przodu, fig. 1c przedstawia talerz w pierwszej odmianie w rzucie z góry, a fig. 2a przedstawia talerz w drugiej odmianie w rzucie z boku, fig. 2b przedstawia talerz w drugiej odmianie w rzucie z przodu i fig. 3a przedstawia talerz w trzeciej odmianie w rzucie z boku, fig. 3b przedstawia talerz w trzeciej odmianie w rzucie z przodu. The essence of the design is a new form of the plate, manifested in its shape, in particular in the column, which in cross-section has the shape of a segment of a circle and which is placed on the flat surface of the plate. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the drawing, in which figs. 1 to 3 show the plate in three versions in isometric projection. All the versions of the plate have essential common features (a column, which in cross-section has the shape of a segment of a circle and which is placed on the flat surface of the plate), and differ only in the height of the column. The plate in the first variant shown in Fig. 1 has a medium height column, the plate in the second variant shown in Fig. 2 has a high column and the plate in the third variant shown in Fig. 3 has a low column, wherein Fig. 1a shows the plate in the first variant in a side view, Fig. 1b shows the plate in the first variant in a front view, Fig. 1c shows the plate in the first variant in a top view, and Fig. 2a shows the plate in the second variant in a side view, Fig. 2b shows the plate in the second variant in a front view and Fig. 3a shows the plate in the third variant in a side view, Fig. 3b shows the plate in the third variant in a front view.
