Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia pudelko na papierosy w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, z boku i z przo- du, fig.2- pudelko w widoku z przodu, fig.3- pudelko w widoku z tylu, fig.4- pudelko w widoku z boku, fig.5- pudelko w wi- doku z drugiego boku, fig.6- pudelko w widoku z góry,a fig.7- pudelko w widoku z dolu. Pudelko na papierosy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, majace ksztalt otwieranego prostopadloscianu, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze faktura wszystkich scian imituje skóre gada i obejmuje wiele wklesniec i wypuklosci, które maja zarysy prostokatne i wielokatne o zróznicowanych wielkosciach, przy czym w polach scian przedniej, tylnej i dolnej znajduje sie zloty ozdobny napis, zas na scianie górnej umieszczona jest etykieta z ozdobnym napisem w kolorze czerwonym, zachodzaca na sciane przednia i tylna, a ponadto w czesci górnej jednej sciany bocznej usytuowany jest znak graficzny zlozony z trzech platków w kolorze zlotym, jak przedstawiono na zala- czonym rysunku, fig.l do 7. The essence of the design is a new form of the cigarette box, manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a cigarette box in a perspective view from above, from the side and from the front, fig. 2 - the box in a front view, fig. 3 - the box in a back view, fig. 4 - the box in a side view, fig. 5 - the box in a view from the other side, fig. 6 - the box in a top view, and fig. 7 - the box in a bottom view. An industrial design cigarette box in the shape of an opening cuboid is characterized by the texture of all walls imitating reptile skin and containing numerous concavities and convexities with rectangular and polygonal outlines of varying sizes, with a gold decorative inscription in the fields of the front, back, and bottom walls, and a label with a red decorative inscription on the top wall, overlapping the front and back walls, and furthermore, in the upper part of one side wall, a graphic symbol consisting of three gold petals is located, as shown in the attached drawing, figs. 1 to 7.
