Sposób wedlug wynalazku niniejszego dotyczy zbrojenia lukowych sklepien be¬ tonowych, narazonych ,na znaczne obcia¬ zenia i parcie ziemi (np. sklepien do obu¬ dowy chodników i szybów górniczych, wy¬ robisk tunelowych, schronów przeciwlot¬ niczych itd.).Istota wynalazku polega na tym, ze zamiast dotychczas stosowanego zbroje¬ nia lukowych sklepien betonowych, wyko¬ nywanego z wkladek stalowych, wygietych wedlug profilu sklepienia, uzywa sie na zbrojenia wewnetrzne krótkich prostych pretów, jak to uwidoczniono na fig. 1 ry¬ sunku. PL PLThe method according to the present invention concerns the reinforcement of concrete arch vaults exposed to significant loads and earth pressure (e.g., vaults for the lining of mine galleries and shafts, tunnel workings, air raid shelters, etc.). The essence of the invention is that instead of the previously used reinforcement of concrete arch vaults made of steel inserts bent according to the vault profile, short straight bars are used for internal reinforcement, as shown in Fig. 1. These bars can be completely devoid of hooks, i.e., using nodal reinforcing steel, or they can be equipped with standard anchor hooks. In order to avoid a significant reduction of the effective height h', the value of which is determined by the distance of the outer particles of the compression flange in the cross-section qd from the axis of the tensioned inserts (Fig. 1), the inserts should be thickened as shown in Fig. 2. To better anchor the inserts, they can be extended in the compressed section of the concrete, as shown in Fig. 3. The increased steel consumption is justified by the fact that this type of reinforcement also cooperates in the transfer of shear forces and thus allows for savings in the arrangement of stirrups. The advantage of the straight internal reinforcement compared to the previously used bent reinforcement is that the described problem is avoided. below, a phenomenon that occurs constantly in underground structures, i.e. tunnels, mines and anti-aircraft structures, whenever external loads exceed the limits assumed in the static calculations, e.g. as a result of excessive pressure or movements of earth layers or bomb explosions. The arch structure (fig. 4) under the pressure of excessive external forces flattens (fig. 5), the concrete in the compressed zone is crushed, and the stretched steel inserts, bent in an arch, having gone through all the periods of elastic and plastic elongation, shear the stirrups s, or break the diagonal reinforcement, if such was provided, tear off or completely split the inner protective surface layer of the concrete and straighten out, going outside the structure in the form of a tendon. This causes the distortion of the profile of the underground chamber and its clearance, almost complete inability of the structure to bear load in static and dynamic terms, and additional threat to the structure due to the facilitated Corrosion of completely exposed inserts and the possibility of their mechanical damage. This invention completely prevents these phenomena. The method of reinforcement using densely spaced inserts (Fig. 2) is superior to the method using a wider spacing of bars (Fig. 1), but it causes significant steel consumption. Similarly, the method of anchoring inserts in the compression zone of concrete (Fig. 3) is superior to the variant shown in Figs. 2 and 1. Straight reinforcement can be used for vaults, concreted in appropriate formwork on site, or the vault can be constructed from ready-made, fully hardened concrete arch parts.
