Description
Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna faktura wzoru L/ML blachy okladzino- wej plyt warstwowych wypelnionych pianka PUR/PIR, profilowana metoda walcowania podluznego i poprzecznego wstegi blachy. Znane sa faktury blach okladzinowych profilowane metoda walcowania jednokierunkowego w walcarkach. Blacha okladzinowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego L/ML posiada cyklicznie powtarzajace sie fa- lowania i zaglebienia o tym samym ksztalcie i wymiarach wywalcowane na wstedze blachy równolegle do krawedzi bocznych wstegi blachy oraz w drugim etapie prostopadle do krawedzi bocznych wstegi blachy. Faktura wzoru L/ML blachy okladzinowej plyt warstwowych wedlug wzoru przemyslowego poka- zana jest na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1–3 przedstawiajacych: Fig. 1 – Widok faktury wyprofilowanej blachy. Fig. 2 – Przekrój podluzny A-A wy profilowanej wstegi blachy. Fig. 3 – Przekrój poprzeczny B-B wyprofilowanej wstegi blachy. Istotne cechy wspólne wzoru przemyslowego stanowia: ? uklad linii podluznych i poprzecznych tworzacych charakterystyczna postac wzoru. ? wzajemne usytuowanie poszczególnych elementów wytloczen, ? nalozenie na siebie takiego samego ukladu wytloczen pod katem prostym. Faktura wzoru L/ML blachy okladzinowej plyt warstwowych, wedlug wzoru, stanowi element zdobniczy powierzchni plyt warstwowych laczonych pomiedzy soba poprzez wywalcowane na znane sposoby blachy okladzinowej na krawedziach plyt warstwowych. PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a new and original texture of the L/ML pattern of the cladding sheet of sandwich panels filled with PUR/PIR foam, profiled by the method of longitudinal and transverse rolling of the sheet metal strip. There are known textures of cladding sheets profiled by the method of unidirectional rolling in rolling mills. The cladding sheet according to the L/ML industrial design has cyclically repeated undulations and depressions of the same shape and dimensions rolled on the sheet metal strip parallel to the side edges of the sheet metal strip and in the second stage perpendicular to the side edges of the sheet metal strip. The texture of the L/ML pattern of the cladding sheet of sandwich panels according to the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1–3 showing: Fig. 1 – View of the texture of the profiled sheet metal. Fig. 2 – Longitudinal section A-A of a profiled sheet metal strip. Fig. 3 – Cross-section B-B of a profiled sheet metal strip. The texture of the L/ML pattern of the sheet metal cladding of sandwich panels according to the industrial design has embossments of the same width (a) of trapezoidal shape convex upwards from the surface of the sheet metal strip and individual adjacent embossments are spaced apart by a distance (a). The embossments penetrate each other at right angles in the longitudinal and transverse directions, where the sheet metal has a thickness of (x) and the side walls of the embossments are inclined at an acute angle (?) to the surface of the sheet metal strip. The essential common features of the industrial design are: ? the arrangement of longitudinal and transverse lines creating a characteristic form of the pattern. ? the mutual positioning of individual embossment elements, ? superimposition of the same arrangement of embossments at right angles. The texture of the L/ML pattern of the sheet metal cladding of the sandwich panels, according to the pattern, constitutes a decorative element of the surface of the sandwich panels connected with each other by rolled sheet metal cladding on the edges of the sandwich panels in known ways.
