Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest znicz elektryczny w formie kolumny obeliskowej do wykorzystania przez producentów z branzy zniczowo-swiecarskiej. Nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac znicza elektrycznego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wyraza sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest pokazany na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym: fig. 1 przedstawia znicz elektryczny w widoku aksonometrycznym z przodu, fig. 2 – znicz w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 – znicz w widoku z tylu, a fig. 4 – znicz w widoku z góry. Znicz elektryczny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma forme kolumny obeliskowej z kolnierzowa podstawa, której scianka frontowa zaopatrzona jest w rowek w ksztalcie litery U przebiegajacy wzdluz jego trzech krawedzi. Scianka tylna ma rowek w postaci uksztaltowanej ramki z zaokraglonymi narozami od strony wewnetrznej. The new and unique design of the electric votive candle according to the industrial design is expressed in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which: Fig. 1 shows the electric votive candle in an axonometric front view, Fig. 2 – the votive candle in a front view, Fig. 3 – the votive candle in a back view, and Fig. 4 – the votive candle in a top view. The electric votive candle according to the industrial design is characterized by its form of an obelisk column with a flanged base, the front wall of which is provided with a U-shaped groove running along three of its edges.
