Przygotowanemu przez od¬ powiednia diete czlowiekowi zastrzykuje sie dozylnie w ciagu 1 — 2 minut 15 g soli sodowej kwasu dwujodometylosulfo- nowego, rozpuszczonej w 100 cm3 wody.W kilka minut pózniej dokonywa sie w aposób zwykly zdjecia rentgenowskiego, które daje obraz naturalny dróg moczo¬ wych.
