Swieca Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 22.08.2001r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest swieca. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniono na zalaczonej fotografii, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia swiece w widoku z boku i perspektywie. Swieca wedlug wzoru ma podstawe w ksztalcie kola i na niej pionowo osadzona czesc górna swiecy w formie ksztaltki o dwóch równolegle do siebie usytuowanych pobocznicach promieniowo wy- pukle, której górna krawedz ma zarys nie zamknietej linii srubowej. W powierzchni wewnetrznej czesci górnej równolegle do siebie osa-dzony sa pionowo knoty. Podstawa swiecy i jej czesc górna maja cieniowany kolor czerwony. The candle, according to the design, has a circular base and a vertically mounted upper part of the candle in the form of a shape with two radially convex sides, parallel to each other, the upper edge of which has the outline of an open helical line. Vertically set wicks are parallel to each other in the inner surface of the upper part. The candle's base and its upper part are shaded red. Protection claim A candle characterized in that it has a base in the shape of a circle and a vertically mounted upper part of the candle in the form of a shape with two radially convex sides situated parallel to each other, the upper edge of which has the outline of an open helical line, and in the upper part vertically mounted parallel to each other candle candles are placed, and the base of the candle and its upper part are of a shaded red color, while on the outer side of the upper part there are shapes imitating a Christmas tree in a different color, as shown in the attached photograph fig.
