Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac piórnika, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, wlasciwosciach powierzchni oraz ukladzie barw. The industrial design is a pencil case intended for utility and advertising purposes. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the pencil case, manifested in its shape, surface properties, and color arrangement. The industrial design is shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, showing a frontal view of the pencil case according to the design. The pencil case that is the subject of the industrial design is made of navy blue fabric and has the shape of a hexagon inscribed within a rectangle. The top edge of the pencil case, to which the zipper is sewn, is the longest; the opposite edge is slightly shorter. These edges are connected by obtuse triangles, so that the apex of the longer side of the triangle touches the top edge of the pencil case. A rectangular leather patch with a fancy red inscription "FILIPINKA" is sewn into the side edge of the pencil case. The pencil case is finished with white topstitching along the upper edge.
