Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac slupka ogrodzeniowego przeja- wiajaca sie w ksztalcie, materiale i kolorystyce oraz wzajemnym usytuowaniu poszczególnych elemen- tów tworzacych wzór. The essence of the industrial design is a new and original form of a fence post, manifested in the shape, material and colours as well as the mutual positioning of the individual elements that make up the design.
Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na ilustracji, gdzie: fig. 1 przedstawia slupek w widoku aksonometrycznym w zestawieniu kolorystycznym czarno-bialo-bra- zowym, gdzie brazowy jest ukazany jako krzew lisciasty wyciety w jednym z profili blach czolowych, fig. 2 przedstawia slupek w widoku aksonometrycznym z uniesionym daszkiem, fig. 3 przedstawia slupek bez daszka w widoku aksonometrycznym, gdzie pokazane sa zagiecia profili blach oraz wyciety krzew w jednej z blach czolowych, fig. 4 przedstawia widok aksonometryczny fragmentu slupa w widoku od góry, a ponadto jest ukazany czesciowo lacznik scian czolowych i lacznika slupa oraz sposób ich laczenia z scianami slupa, fig. 5 przedstawia fragment slupa w widoku aksonometrycznym, gdzie od góry widac zagiecia profili blach i sposób ich laczenia, fig. 6 przedstawia widok slupa z góry, gdzie widoczne sa zagiecia profili blach bocznych i czolowych oraz laczników scian czolowych i lacznika slupa, fig. 7 przedstawia widok slupa w przekroju prostopadlym ukazujacy jego budowe wewnetrzna z widocz- nymi katownikami mocowanymi do scian slupa, fig. 8 przedstawia laczniki blaszane sluzace do laczenia profili blach scian czolowych, fig. 9 przedstawia widok lacznika blaszanego o budowie jednolitej sluzacego do laczenia scian slupa, fig. 10 przedstawia zastosowanie lacznika slupa z lacznikami scian czolowych. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie tym, ze slupek ogrodzeniowy posiada ksztalt graniastoslupa i zbudowany jest z profili blach zagietych w sposób, który umozliwia ich polaczenie w wewnatrz slupa srubami samowiercacymi jak przedstawiono na ilustracji fig. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. The essential features of the industrial design are that the fence post has the shape of a prism and is made of sheet metal profiles bent in a way that allows them to be connected inside the post with self-drilling screws as shown in Fig. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.
Cecha charakterystyczna slupka jest system modulowy ksztaltu, pozwalajacy na zestawienie bu- dowy slupka z blach w róznych kolorach oraz wzór krzewu na jednym profilu blach czolowych jak przed- stawiono na ilustracji fig. 1, 2 i 3. A characteristic feature of the post is the modular shape system, which allows for the composition of the post structure with sheets in different colours and a bush pattern on one profile of the front sheets as shown in Fig. 1, 2 and 3.
