Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy, ulatwiajacy otwieranie i zamykanie drzwi oraz szuflad meblowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac uchwytu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie powierzchni górnej uchwytu wlasciwego, co nadaje mu nowy, oryginalny wyglad oraz podnosi jego walory estetyczne. Przedmiot WZORU przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt w pólwidoku- pólprzekroju, a fig. 2 przedstawia uchwyt w widoku z góry. Uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy sklada sie z uchwytu wlasciwego oraz dwóch czesci mocujacych. Uchwyt wlasciwy ma postac plytki,która w widoku z góry ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata. Górna powierzchnia uchwytu wlasciwego jest ozdobiona wglebieniami o ksztalcie odcisnietego odcinka powierzchni walcowej, korzystnie o podstawie kola. Wglebienia maja w przyblizeniu jednakowa wysokosc, sa wzgledem siebie równolegle, a rozdzielajace je krawedzie maja podobna szerokosc. Polaczone z przeciwlegla powierzchnia uchwytu wlasciwego czesci mocujace, maja ksztalt zblizony do stozka scietego o wkleslej powierzchni bocznej. Mniejsza podstawa kazdej czesci mocujacej posiada osiowy, gwintowany na pewnej dlugosci otwór przeznaczony do mocowania uchwytu. Powierzchnia uchwytu ma jasny i metaliczny kolor. PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a two-point furniture handle that facilitates the opening and closing of furniture doors and drawers. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the handle, manifested in the shape of the upper surface of the handle itself, which gives it a new, original appearance and enhances its aesthetic value. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the handle in a half-sectional view, and Fig. 2 shows the handle from above. The two-point furniture handle consists of the handle itself and two mounting parts. The handle itself is in the form of a plate, which in a top view has a shape similar to a rectangle. The upper surface of the handle itself is decorated with recesses shaped like an imprinted section of a cylindrical surface, preferably with a circular base. The recesses are approximately the same height, parallel to each other, and the edges separating them are similar in width. The mounting parts, connected to the opposite surface of the handle proper, have a shape similar to a truncated cone with a concave lateral surface. The smaller base of each mounting part has an axial, threaded hole along a certain length intended for mounting the handle. The surface of the handle has a bright, metallic color.
