(MTP-Meble 2001, Poznan, Polska) Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego sa meble wypoczynkowe do nieduzych, wspólcze- snych wnetrz. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajac sie w jego ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku i fotografii, na których pokazano - na rysunku na fig. 1 - kanape w widoku z przodu, na fig. 2 - modul kanapy z jednym bokiem, jedna poducha siedziska i plyta oparcia, fig. 3 - modul kanapy z jednym bokiem, dwoma poduchami siedziska i plyta oparcia, fig. 4 - kanapa i fotel w widoku zboku, fig. 5 - fotel w widoku z boku, fig. 6 - taboret oraz zalaczonej fotografii, gdzie na fig. 7 - przedstawiono - kanape w widoku z przodu, fig. 8 - kanape w formie narozniko- wej, fig. 9 - kanape w formie naroznikowej pokryta poszyciem tapicerskim w kolorze ciemnego brazu z bezowymi czolami fig. 10 - kanape w formie do spania, fig. 11 - fotel w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, fig. 12 - taboret - modul kanapy, fig. 13 - do 17 - fotele w róznych kompozycjach kolorystycznych. Meble wypoczynkowe w calosci tapicerowane, w sklad których wchodza multi - modulowa kanapa, fotel i taboret - modul kanapy posiadajace prostokatne siedziska cha- rakteryzuja sie tym, ze spoczywaja na rurkowatych nózkach, maja boki schodzace poni- zej siedziska i stanowiace jednoczesnie podlokietniki, o owalnym, zblizonym do prostoka- ta przekroju czolowym, z naszytymi elementami w ksztalcie stylizowanej cyfiy „8" i po- laczone w calosc z plyta oparcia. Poduchy siedziska sa prostokatne, a poduchy oparcia maja forme klasycznych, prostokatnych poduszek do spania, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 do fig. 6 i zalaczonej fotografii fig. 7 do fig. 17. Kanapa - modul podstawowy - ma trzy poduchy siedziska i trzy poduchy oparcia, jak pokazano na rysunku - na fig. l i fotografii - fig. 7. Modul kanapy ma dwie poduchy siedziska, dwie poduchy oparcia i jeden podlo- kietnik, jak pokazano na rysunku na fig. 2. Modul kanapy ma jedna poduche siedziska, jedna poduche oparcia i jeden podlo- kietnik, jak pokazano na rysunku na fig. 3. Kanapa w formie naroznikowej ma dwa moduly, kazdy z oparciem i podlokietni- kiem oraz taboretem pomiedzy nimi, tak, ze ma piec poduch siedziska, szesc poduch oparcia, dwa podlokietniki, a plyta oparcia jest uformowana pod katem prostym i obejmu- je mebel od podlokietnika do podlokietnika, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 8 i fig. 9. Kanapa w formie do spania ma dwa moduly zestawione poduchami siedziska do siebie, przy czym jeden modul to modul podstawowy, zas drugi modul ma dwie poduchy siedziska i dwa boki - podlokietniki, z tym ze szerokosc jednego podlokietnika jest równa szerokosci poduchy siedziska, natomiast szerokosc drugiego podlokietnika jest równa dlugosci obu poduch siedziska, calosc zamyka taboret, tak, ze calosc ma szesc poduchsiedziska, a oparcie i podlokietniki obejmuja piec poduch siedziska, jak pokazano na zala- czonej fotografii fig. 10. Exhibition priority: May 8, 2001 (MTP-Meble 2001, Poznań, Poland). The subject of the industrial design is lounge furniture for small, contemporary interiors. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and surface properties. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing and photograph, which show - in the drawing in fig. 1 - a sofa in a front view, in fig. 2 - a sofa module with one side, one seat cushion and a backrest plate, fig. 3 - a sofa module with one side, two seat cushions and a backrest plate, fig. 4 - a sofa and an armchair in a side view, fig. 5 - an armchair in a side view, fig. 6 - a stool and in the attached photograph, where fig. 7 - shows - a sofa in a front view, fig. 8 - a corner sofa, fig. 9 - a corner sofa covered with dark brown upholstery with beige fronts, fig. 10 - a sofa in a sleeping form, fig. 11 - an armchair in a perspective front view, fig. 12 - a stool - a sofa module, fig. 13 - to 17 - Armchairs in various color combinations. Fully upholstered lounge furniture, including a multi-module sofa, armchair, and stool. The sofa module has rectangular seats and is characterized by resting on tubular legs, with sides extending below the seat that also act as armrests, with an oval, almost rectangular front cross-section, with sewn-on elements in the shape of a stylized number "8" and integrated with the backrest panel. The seat cushions are rectangular and the back cushions are in the form of classic rectangular sleeping cushions, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 to Fig. 6 and the attached photograph Fig. 7 to Fig. 17. The sofa - the basic module - has three seat cushions and three back cushions, as shown in the drawing - Fig. 1 and the photograph - Fig. 7. The sofa module has two seat cushions, two back cushions and one armrest, as shown in the drawing - Fig. 2. The sofa module has one seat cushion, one back cushion and one armrest, as shown in the drawing - Fig. 3. The corner sofa has two modules, each with a backrest and an armrest and a stool between them, so that it has five seat cushions, six back cushions, two armrests, and a back plate is formed at a right angle and embraces the furniture from armrest to armrest, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 8 and Fig. 9. The sofa in the sleeping form has two modules joined together with the seat cushions facing each other, where one module is the basic module, while the second module has two seat cushions and two sides - armrests, but the width of one armrest is equal to the width of the seat cushion, while the width of the second armrest is equal to the length of both seat cushions, the whole closes the stool, so that the whole has six seat cushions, and the backrest and armrests embrace five seat cushions, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 10. The armchair has one seat cushion and one backrest cushion, and the sides - armrests are longer than the backrest board, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 11 and Fig. 13 to Fig. 17. The stool has a rectangular seat cushion with rounded edges and corners, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 6 and the attached photograph Fig. 12.
