1 przedstawia wy¬ cinek weglowy w widoku z przodu i w prze¬ kroju podluznym wzdluz linii A—B, fig. 2 — jedna odmiane lacznika do wycinków w przekroju podluznym, fig. 3 — polacze¬ nie drutów z wycinkami w widoku z przo¬ du, fig. 4 — inna odmiane lacznika do wy¬ cinka weglowego w widoku z przodu, a fig. 2). PLIn order to enable the joining of the individual carbon sections with the winding ends in the carbon commander, different design measures are necessary than in the copper section commutator where the ends of the windings are directly soldered to the sections. For this purpose, the carbon section must be provided with a connector to which the ends of the winding are then soldered. As each commutator requires a large number of sections, they are mass-produced and for this reason it is necessary and desirable. that all the operations for their implementation are simple without detriment, however, to the quality and operation of the sections. Such a simple and yet reliable connection according to the invention of metal ends or wires with carbon sections is described below and shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the coal cut in front view and in longitudinal section along the line A-B, Fig. 2 - one variation of the connector to the longitudinal sections, Fig. 3 - connection of the wires with sections in front view, Fig. 4 - another variation of the connector to a coal chunk in front view, and Fig. 5 - a charcoal section with a groove in the front view and longitudinal section. *) The proprietor of the patent has declared that I rent The wood is from Ottomar Conradty in Rothenbach, The charcoal section is provided in its entire length with a recess drilled or made during the stamping of this section (Fig. 1). A wire having a diameter smaller than that of the hollow is inserted into this cavity 6. Such a wire would of course not provide good contact as it lies loosely in the hollow. In order to achieve good contact, the embodiment known from the arc light carbon technique is used, in which the wire is wavy along the length of the section. This corrugated wire d is then pulled into the cavity of the segment, whereby it slides springily against the wall of the cavity and ensures good contact (FIG. 2). The protruding end may be left undeformed for the length needed to connect to the winding, or the end may become flattened. In separately pressed sections, it is difficult to make the impression since the length of the section exceeds a certain specified size. In this case, it is possible to achieve the same result as before, when in the side surface of the sector, make a groove or slot n, while at the same time inserting a wire in it when folding the commutator, which is pressed against the carbon sector by means of insulation (Fig. 3). In this case, the wire need not be corrugated as it is slightly thicker than the depth of the groove. Of course, strips of metal foil or metal fabric can be used instead of a wire (Fig. 4). It is also possible to first connect the sections with conduits and insulating plates to the finished commutator, and then install the connectors of the wire that pulls the wire. through an extrusion, bends wavy and pulls back (Fig. 5). According to the present invention, a very simple and low-cost insertion of the fasteners in the sections is achieved, meeting all requirements. In some cases, in order to avoid e.g. undesirable stresses or junction can be neglected by undulating, as long as sufficient fixation of the wires in the cavities is ensured, which can be achieved with the aid of electrically conductive and hardening putty or paste. To save material, it is also possible to use so-called fossil wires with good effect. PL
