Abstract

The fascia surface is formed by glazing elements (2) and sill elements (3) which are formed as thermally separated individual elements attached individually or jointly on a supporting structure made of metal profiled sections. A separation of the profiled sections is provided vertically at each transition between sill and glazing element. Heat-insulating static inserts (9) are inserted into the profiled sections to connect them together. A thermal insulation is provided on the sill along its entire perimeter. The static inserts have a shorter length than the building height.
