Zbigniew Krawczyk Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 04.02.2002r. CIASTECZKO Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ciasteczko w polewie. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac ciasteczka, przejawiajaca sie w szczególnosci w jego wlasciwosciach powierzchni oraz ornamencie, nadajaca ciasteczku wizerunek wyraznie rózniacy sie od znanych wyrobów cukierniczych, obejmujacych ciastka i ciasteczka. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazano na rysunkach, fig. 1 i fig. 2.Ciasteczko wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1, charakteryzuje sie tym, zc na jego górnej okraglej powierzchni znajduje sie zgrubienie, w postaci wypustu w ksztalcie zblizonym do trzylistnej koniczyny, z przebiegajacymi na niej równoleglymi liniami, przy czym ciasteczko pokryte jest polewa, w ciemnym lub jasnym kolorze. Ciasteczko wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 2, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze na jego górnej okraglej powierzchni znajduje sie zgrubienie, w postaci wypustu w ksztalcie zblizonym do trzylistnej koniczyny, z przebiegajacymi na niej równoleglymi liniami oraz nieregularnie umieszczonymi na niej wieloscianami, o zróznicowanym ksztalcie, rozmiarach i kolorystyce, przy czym ciasteczko pokryte jest polewa w ciemnym lub jasnym kolorze. The essence of the industrial design is a new and original form of the cookie, manifesting itself particularly in its surface properties and ornamentation, giving the cookie an image that is clearly different from known confectionery products, including cookies and biscuits. The industrial design is shown in Figures 1 and 2. The cookie according to the industrial design, as shown in the attached drawing, Figure 1, is characterized by a bulge on its upper circular surface, in the form of a projection similar to a three-leaf clover, with parallel lines running along it, and the cookie is covered with a dark or light-colored glaze. An industrial design cookie, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 2, is characterized by a bulge on its upper circular surface, in the form of a projection similar to a three-leaf clover, with parallel lines running along it and irregularly placed polyhedrons of varying shapes, sizes, and colors, and the cookie is covered with a dark or light-colored icing.
