Kanapa Przedmiotem wzoru jest kanapa przeznaczona do siedzenia. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia rysunek kanapy w widoku perspektywicznym na siedzisko i oparcie, fig. 2 - rysunek fragmentu kanapy w widoku na przednia czesc oparcia, fig. 3- fotografie kanapy w widoku perspektywicznym na siedzisko i oparcie, zas fig. 4 -przedstawia fotografie fragmentu kanapy w widoku na przednia czesc oparcia. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac kanapy, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Kanapa skladajaca sie z siedziska, boków i oparcia charakteryzuje sie tym, ze siedzisko ma ksztalt zblizony do szescianu, którego najwiekszy bok styka sie z podlozem a najmniejsze boki stykaja sie z bokami kanapy. Boki kanapy maja przekrój zblizony do prostokata z lekko zaokraglonym jednym górnym rogiem. Poza tym boki zalamujac sie tworza oparcie. Wzdluz krawedzi wewnetrznych i górnej boków usytuowany jest wystep. Wysokosc siedziska jest zblizona do szerokosci boków, a wysokosc boków stanowi wysokosc oparcia. The design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows a drawing of the sofa in a perspective view of the seat and backrest, Fig. 2 shows a drawing of a section of the sofa viewed from the front of the backrest, Fig. 3 shows a photograph of the sofa in a perspective view of the seat and backrest, and Fig. 4 shows a photograph of a section of the sofa viewed from the front of the backrest. The essence of the design is a new form of the sofa, manifested in its shape. The sofa, consisting of a seat, sides, and backrest, is characterized by a seat roughly shaped like a cube, whose largest side contacts the ground, and the smallest sides contact the sides of the sofa. The sides of the sofa have a cross-section roughly rectangular, with one upper corner slightly rounded. In addition, the sides fold down to form a backrest. A protrusion is located along the inner and upper edges of the sides. The seat height is approximately the same as the width of the sides, and the height of the sides is the backrest height.
