Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik z pokrywka zwlaszcza na produkty spozywcze, stosowany powszechnie jako opakowanie na róznego rodzaju salatki, ryby i przetwory mleczarskie. Znane sa pojemniki z pokrywka z tworzywa sztucznego o ksztalcie cylindrycznym lub owalnym, przy czym sam pojemnik wyposazony jest w kolnierz sluzacy do uszczelniania i podtrzymywania zamknietej pokrywki. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru uzytkowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia pojemnik w pólprzekroju, a fig. 2 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z góry. Pojemnik ma w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt dziewieciokata foremnego, który w górnej czesci zakonczony jest kolnierzem w ksztalcie pierscienia, przy czym zewnetrzna powierzchnia boczna i pierscienia jest powierzchnia walcowa Dodatkowo, wewnatrz pojemnik ma uskoki 2, które stanowia plaszczyzne przejscia z czesci dziewieciokatnej pojemnika w czesc górna pierscieniowa. Pokrywka ma ksztalt cylindryczny, na obwodzie ma pierscien ustalajaco-mocujacy 3, przeznaczony do ustalania i mocowania w sposób rozlaczny pokrywki z pojemnikiem, przy czym pierscien ustalajaco- mocujacy 3 pokrywki w przekroju poprzecznym ma ksztalt odwróconej litery "U", której ramie zewnetrzne jest znacznie dluzsze od ramienia wewnetrznego. Dodatkowo po zamknieciu pojemnika, pokrywka wewnetrzna czesda nmienia zewnetrznego scisle styka sie z zewnetrzna powierzchnia poffemnika, a dnem przylega do uskoków 2 pojemnika. Cechy istotne wzoru, postac pojemnika w ksztalcie dziewieciokata foremnego z zaznaczonymi wewnetrznymi uskokami oraz cylindryczna pokrywka z kolnierzemo znacznie wydluzonym ramieniu zewnetrznym, stanowia ze pojemnik ten ma oryginalna niespotykana forme w odniesieniu do znanych pojemników tego rodzaju.Fig. 1 Fig 2 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a container with a lid, particularly for food products, commonly used as packaging for various salads, fish, and dairy products. Containers with a cylindrical or oval plastic lid are known, with the container itself equipped with a flange for sealing and supporting the closed lid. The container according to the utility model is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the container in half-section, and Fig. 2 shows the container from above. The form of the container according to the design is reflected in its shape. The container has a cross-sectional shape of a regular octagon, terminating in a ring-shaped collar at the top, with the outer lateral and ring surfaces being cylindrical. Additionally, the container has internal offsets 2, which constitute the transition plane from the octagonal portion of the container to the upper annular portion. The lid has a cylindrical shape, with a retaining and fastening ring 3 on its circumference, designed to releasably secure and fasten the lid to the container. The retaining and fastening ring 3 of the lid has a cross-sectional shape of an inverted "U," the outer arm of which is significantly longer than the inner arm. Additionally, after closing the container, the inner lid and the outer part of the outer part are in close contact with the outer surface of the container, and the bottom is flush with the container's ledges. The essential features of the design, the container's shape as a regular octagon with marked internal ledges and the cylindrical lid with a flange and a significantly elongated outer arm, give this container an original, unusual shape compared to other known containers of this type.
