W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, dlugopis wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i powierzchni.Wzór dlugopisu uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia dlugopis w widoku z jednego boku, fig. 2 przedstawia dlugopis w widoku z drugiego boku, fig. 3 przedstawia sam korpus dlugopisu bez nasadki w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - przedstawia dlugopis w widoku z jednego konca. Dlugopis wedlug wzoru sklada sie z korpusu z wkladem piszacym i nasadki. Korpus sklada sie z trzech czesci: czesci przedniej, czesci srodkowej i czesci tylnej polaczonych ze soba odcinkami gradzinowanych powierzchni. Czesc srodkowa ma ogólnie ksztalt cylindryczny rozszerzajacy sie lekko z jednej strony od przodu. Przednia czesc korpusu o mniejszej srednicy niz srednica czesci srodkowej sklada sie z krótszej czesci walcowej i dluzszej czesci o ksztalcie stozka scietego. Tylna czesc korpusu ma ksztalt stozka scietego. Nasadka sklada sie z dwóch czesci, z których jedna ma ksztalt walca zas druga czesc ma wypukla powierzchnie, która jest scieta na koncu przy czym srednica górnej powierzchni nasadki jest mniejsza niz srednica dolnej powierzchni nasadki. Do wypuklej czesci nasadki jest dolaczony za pomoca wystepu podluzny, lekko wypukly dodatkowy element majacy od góry szersza czesc ze scieta krawedzia od góry, przechodzaca w wezsza czesc dodatkowo zwezajaca sie ku dolowi o zaokraglonym koncu i majaca od wewnatrz zaokraglony wystep.Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego stanowi to, ze dlugopis wedlug wzoru sklada sie z korpusu z wkladem piszacym i nasadki przy czym korpus sklada sie z trzech czesci: czesci przedniej, czesci srodkowej i czesci tylnej polaczonych ze soba odcinkami gradzinowanych powierzchni gdzie czesc srodkowa ma ogólnie ksztalt cylindryczny rozszerzajacy sie lekko z jednej strony od przodu zas przednia czesc korpusu o mniejszej srednicy niz srednica czesci srodkowej sklada sie z krótszej czesci walcowej i dluzszej czesci o ksztalcie stozka scietego a tylna czesc korpusu ma ksztalt stozka scietego ,natomiast nasadka sklada sie z dwóch czesci, z których jedna ma ksztalt walca zas druga czesc ma wypukla powierzchnie, która jest scieta na koncu, przy czym srednica górnej powierzchni nasadki jest mniejsza niz srednica dolnej powierzchni nasadki, a ponadto do wypuklej czesci nasadki jest dolaczony za pomoca wystepu podluzny, lekko wypukly dodatkowy element majacy od góry szersza czesc ze scieta krawedzia od góry, przechodzaca w wezsza czesc dodatkowo zwezajaca sie ku dolowi o zaokraglonym koncu i majaca od wewnatrz zaokraglony wystep jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 - fig. 4. The industrial design covers a ballpoint pen. Compared to similar products of this type, the ballpoint pen based on the industrial design is distinguished by its new form, manifesting itself in its shape, line arrangement, and surface. The ballpoint pen design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the ballpoint pen from one side, Fig. 2 shows the ballpoint pen from the other side, Fig. 3 shows the ballpoint pen body alone without the cap from a side view, and Fig. 4 shows the ballpoint pen from one end. The ballpoint pen based on the design consists of a body with a writing refill and a cap. The body consists of three parts: a front part, a middle part, and a rear part connected by segments of graded surfaces. The middle part has a generally cylindrical shape, widening slightly at one end from the front. The front part of the body, with a smaller diameter than the middle part, consists of a shorter cylindrical part and a longer part in the shape of a truncated cone. The rear part of the body has a truncated cone shape. The cap consists of two parts, one cylindrical, and the other part has a convex surface that is truncated at the end, with the diameter of the top surface of the cap being smaller than the diameter of the bottom surface of the cap. An elongated, slightly convex additional element is attached to the convex part of the cap by means of a protrusion. It has a wider part at the top with a bevelled edge at the top, which turns into a narrower part that narrows downwards with a rounded end and has a rounded protrusion on the inside. The essential features of the industrial design are that the ballpoint pen according to the design consists of a body with a writing insert and a cap, where the body consists of three parts: a front part, a middle part and a rear part connected with each other by segments of graded surfaces, where the middle part has a generally cylindrical shape, slightly widening on one side from the front, while the front part of the body with a smaller diameter than the diameter of the middle part consists of a shorter cylindrical part and a longer parts in the shape of a truncated cone and the rear part of the body has the shape of a truncated cone, while the cap consists of two parts, one of which has the shape of a cylinder and the other part has a convex surface which is truncated at the end, wherein the diameter of the upper surface of the cap is smaller than the diameter of the lower surface of the cap, and in addition to the convex part of the cap there is attached by means of a projection an elongated, slightly convex additional element having a wider part at the top with a truncated edge at the top, passing into a narrower part further narrowing downwards with a rounded end and having a rounded projection on the inside as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 - Fig. 4.
