Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, uzywany zwlaszcza jako wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac uchwytu meblowego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w stanie rozlozonym w widoku perspektywicznym obejmujacym widok górnej i bocznych powierzchni jego korpusu oraz widok ogólny jego oslony, fig. 2 - ten sam, lecz w pozycji odwróconej, uchwyt meblowy w stanie rozlozonym w widoku perspektywicznym obejmujacym widok dolnej i bocznej powierzchni jego korpusu oraz widok ogólny jego oslony, fig. 3 - korpus uchwytu meblowego w przekroju pionowym wzdluz linii A-A, fig. 4 - oslone korpusu uchwytu meblowego w jej przekroju pionowym wzdluz linii B-B, fig. 5 - korpus uchwytu meblowego w przekroju pionowym wzdluz linii C-C, a fig. 6 - oslone korpusu uchwytu meblowego w jej przekroju pionowym wzdluz linii D-D. Na zaslepione konce tulejek 12 wystajace z dna H gniazda eliptycznego 2 osadzona jest ozdobna oslona majaca w widoku z góry ksztalt elipsy, zaopatrzona od spodu na swych koncach w tulejki 15, przy czym oslona ta w kazdym przekroju pionowym wzdluz linii D-D ma ksztalt wycinka pierscienia, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1-6. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy zlozony z korpusu, bedacego bryla przypominajaca swym ksztaltem „lódke" oraz osadzonej w jego eliptycznym gniezdzie ozdobnej oslony przedstawiony na zalaczonych rysunkach fig. 1-6, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - korpus uchwytu w widoku z góiy ma ksztalt elipsy z wydrazonym gniazdem eliptycznym, a w widoku od spodu ksztalt elipsy ze scietymi jej koncami na jej osi dluzszej oraz o mniejszych jej osiach od osi elipsy górnej, której obrzeze promieniowe polaczone jest plynnie sciankami bocznymi z elipsa dolna; - przednia i tylna scianka korpusu uchwytu maja ksztalt zblizony do trapezu z wkleslymi krótszymi bokami, a w widoku z obu boków korpus ten ma identyczne wyjecia profilowe o ksztalcie zblizonym do litery „U", przebiegajace od konców obrzeza górnej elipsy do scietych konców elipsy dolnej, tworzacych pionowe scianki, które wraz z bocznymi lukowymi sciankami tworza dolne profilowe gniazdo, oddzielone od górnego eliptycznego gniazda dnem; - na koncach eliptycznego dna gniazda górnego i dolnego znajduja sie dwie zaslepione jednostronnie tulejki z poprzecznymi zebrami, a obok nich otwory montazowe, na których to tulejkach osadzona jest ozdobna oslona zaopatrzona w gniazda eliptyczne, majaca w widoku z góry ksztalt elipsy, a w poprzecznym przekroju pionowym ksztalt wycinka pierscienia.Fig. 1 Fig.2 Fig. 4 Fig. 6 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a furniture handle, used primarily as a fitting for doors, drawers, and doors. The new and original form of the furniture handle, as defined by the industrial design, is evident in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in an unfolded state in a perspective view including a view of the top and side surfaces of its body and a general view of its cover, fig. 2 - the same, but in an inverted position, the furniture handle in an unfolded state in a perspective view including a view of the bottom and side surfaces of its body and a general view of its cover, fig. 3 - the body of the furniture handle in a vertical section along the line A-A, fig. 4 - the cover of the body of the furniture handle in its vertical section along the line B-B, fig. 5 - the body of the furniture handle in a vertical section along the line C-C, and fig. 6 - the cover of the body of the furniture handle in its vertical section along the line D-D. The furniture handle according to the industrial design has an L-shaped body, which is a solid shape resembling a "boat", having in a top view the shape of an ellipse with a hollow elliptical socket with a decorative cover 3 embedded in it, also of an elliptical outline, and in a bottom view the shape of an elliptical ring with cut ends 4 on its longer axis, concentrically situated in relation to the upper ellipse and with smaller dimensions than the dimensions of the upper ellipse. The radial rim 5 of the upper ellipse of the body l is smoothly connected to the mentioned lower elliptical ring by means of arc side walls 6, of which the front and rear ones have, in the front and rear view, a shape close to a trapezium with concave shorter sides 7, and in the view from both sides, identical profile openings 8 of a shape close to the letter "U", running from the ends of the rim of the upper ellipse to the cut ends 4 of the lower elliptical ring, forming vertical walls 9, which together with the arc side walls 6 form the lower profile socket 10 separated from the upper elliptical socket 2 by the bottom JJ_, at the ends of which there are two sleeves 12 closed on one side with transverse ribs 13, connected to the arc side walls 6, and next to these The sleeves in the longer axis of the body 1 have holes 14 for fastening the body to the furniture. A decorative cover is mounted on the plugged ends of the sleeves 12 protruding from the bottom H of the elliptical socket 2. The cover has the shape of an ellipse in the top view and is provided with sleeves 15 at its ends at the bottom, and the cover has the shape of a ring segment in each vertical section along the line D-D, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1-6. Essential features of the industrial design A furniture handle consisting of a body in the shape of a "boat" and a decorative cover mounted in its elliptical socket, shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1-6, is characterized by the following: - the body of the handle, when viewed from above, has the shape of an ellipse with a hollow elliptical socket, and when viewed from below, it has the shape of an ellipse with its ends cut off on its longer axis and with its axes smaller than the axis of the upper ellipse, the radial rim of which is smoothly connected with the lower ellipse by means of side walls; - the front and rear walls of the holder body have a shape close to a trapezoid with concave shorter sides, and in the view from both sides, this body has identical profile openings in the shape close to the letter "U", running from the ends of the rim of the upper ellipse to the cut ends of the lower ellipse, forming vertical walls, which together with the side arched walls form the lower profile socket, separated from the upper elliptical socket by the bottom; - at the ends of the elliptical bottom of the upper and lower sockets, there are two sleeves with transverse ribs, plugged on one side, and next to them there are mounting holes, on which a decorative cover provided with elliptical sockets is mounted, having the shape of an ellipse in the top view, and in the cross-sectional vertical shape of a ring section.
