Abstract

The contact device has a clamp piece (1) incorporated in the housing base of the installation device, receiving a hollow cylindrical spring body (3) of an electrically conductive material, providing the contact force between a plug-in contact tongue (5.1) and a contact surface (1.3) of the clamp piece. The spring body can be provided by a coil spring with closely packed windings, contained within a frame element (1.1) of the clamp piece, perpendicular to the insertion direction of the contact tongue.
