Abstract

The invention relates to a securing device (10) for attaching an accessory component (44) in the eaves region of a roof. The securing device (10) has adapters (12) and a longitudinal carrier (14) parallel to the eaves, suitable for fitting on the roof substructure and provided with couplings (26) spaced along its length. Each adapter (12) is provided with a coupling element (28) which can fit into one of the couplings (26) of the longitudinal carrier (14) which can take the form of a hollow section. The adapter (12) is preferably pivotable about a pivot axis (30) parallel to the eaves and can be fixed in the desired pivoted position by an extension arm (32) on the longitudinal carrier (14).
