Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zabawka edukacyjna w postaci wozu drabiniastego, przeznaczona dla dzieci. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac znanego wozu drabiniastego, majacego charakter zabawki edukacyjnej, skladajacej sie z wielu czesci, które latwo daja sie zlozyc w jedna calosc, przy czym wyposazone sa w dodatkowe elementy ozdobne i zabawowe. Wzór przemyslowy umozliwia edukacje zrecznosciowa i myslowa dziecka, sluzac jednoczesnie do zabawy. Uksztaltowanie poszczególnych czesci wzoru umozliwia ich wytwarzanie w sposób masowy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego, w dwóch odmianach wykonania, przedstawiony jest na ilustracjach w postaci fotografii i rysunków, obrazujacych kompletna postac wzoru, jak i jego fragmenty po rozlozeniu wozu, co szczególowo uwidacznia: Fig. 1 pokazuje pierwsza odmiana wzoru przemyslowego w postaci zlozonego kompletnego wozu drabiniastego, zawierajacego wszystkie czesci i elementy Fig. 2 - te sama pierwsza odmiane, po zdjeciu czesci górnej, ulozonej obok,Fig. 3 - druga odmiane wzoru przemyslowego, bez czesci górnej, uformowana wylacznie jako wóz drabiniasty, Fig. 4 - czesc wozu drabiniastego w postaci prostokatnej podstawy, Fig. 5 - czesc wozu drabiniastego w postaci drabinki, Fig. 6 - czesc wozu drabiniastego w postaci scianki przedniej, Fig. 7 - fragment czesci odejmowalnej ze scianki przedniej, Fig. 8 - czesc wozu drabiniastego w postaci scianki tylnej Fig.9 - fragment wozu drabiniastego, drugiej odmiany, po wymontowaniu drabinek i scianek -przedniej i tylnej, Fig. 10 - fragment "X" stanowiacy elastyczny rozprezny trzpien, bedacy fragmentem drabinki, podstawy i scianek, sluzacy do osadzania w otworach, aby polaczyc te czesci. Istotnymi cechami wzoru przemyslowego, pokazanego na fig. 1 do fig. 10, jest to, ze wóz drabiniasty sklada sie z prostokatnej podstawy polaczonej rozlacznie z czteroma kolami, dwoma drabinkami, dwoma sciankami w ksztalcie odwróconego trapezu oraz wsunietej pomiedzy drabinki prostokatnej oslony, zawierajacej na jej górnej plaszczyznie caly szereg elementów i klocków sluzacych do zabawy edukacyjnej, przy czym podstawowe czesci wozu uformowane maja okragle otwory i pasujace do nich trzpienie rozprezne, umozliwiajace skladanie i rozbieranie wozu w sposób zatrzaskowy. Istotna cecha prostokatnej podstawy pokazanej na fig. 4 jest to, ze ma uformowanych szesc przelotowych otworów, rozmieszczonych po trzy, wzdluz dluzszych boków, przy czym na dwóch bocznych dluzszych krawedziach uformowane sa po dwa wystajace rozprezne trzpienie, które sluza do zamocowania na nich kól wozu, a z przodu uformowany jest wystep z otworem.J Istotna cecha kazdej z dwóch drabinek, z których jedna pokazana jest na fig. 5, ma postac zlozona z dwóch wsporników, miedzy którymi usytuowane sa okragle szczeble, zas kazdy wspornik, na jednym, jak i drugim koncu wyposazony jest w rozprezny trzpien, który usytuowany jest tez posrodku dolnego wspornika, przy czym kazdy wspornik na górnej powierzchni uformowany ma, biegnacy przez cala jego je j dlugosc rowek. Istotna cecha kazdej z dwóch scianek, przedniej i tylnej, pokazanej na fig. 6 i 8, jest to, ze ma ksztalt trapezowy z usytuowanymi na dolnej krawedzi dwoma rozpreznymi trzpieniami oraz czteroma przelotowymi otworami, rozmieszczonymi w poblizu skraju kazdego wierzcholka, przy czym scianka przednia uformowane ma od czola ksztaltowe wglebienie sluzace do osadzania w nim odejmowalnego ozdobnego elementu, jak pokazano na fig. 7. Istotna cecha wzoru przemyslowego jest tez to, ze wóz drabiniasty, po wymontowaniu drabinek i scianek, przedniej i tylnej, ma postac platformy na kólkach, jak pokazano na fig. 9. Istotna cecha czesci górnej wozu drabiniastego jest to, ze ma postac prostokatnej plaskiej plytki z bocznymi dluzszymi krawedziami dopasowanymi do wsuwania w rowki wsporników drabinek, zas na jej górnej powierzchni, uformowane sa cztery ksztaltowe wglebienia z osadzonymi w nich odejmowalnie ksztaltowymi barwnymi klockami, oraz trzy uformowane po nieregularnych lukach barwnych pretach, osadzonych w barwnych krazkach, przy czym przesuwnie na kazdym precie umieszczone sa barwne figurki, przedstawiajace lokomotywe, samolot, parowóz, które miedzy soba przedzielone sa barwnymi krazkami, jak pokazano na fig. 1 i 2. Istotna tez cecha wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze rozprezne trzpienie uformowane w prostokatnej podstawie, drabinkach i sciankach maja postac walcowychwystepów, zawierajacych na swym wolnym koncu, uformowana w glab, szczeline dzielaca wystep na dwa ramiona oraz nadlewy uksztaltowane po jednym na kazdym z ramion, jak pokazano na fig. 10. Cecha charakterystyczna wzoru przemyslowego jest tez to, ze kazda czesc wozu drabiniastego uformowana jest z barwnego tworzywa termoplastycznego, przy czym dobór barw poszczególnych czesci moze byc dowolny, a korzystny dobór barw pokazany na fig. 1 do 3, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze prostokatna podstawa i górna oslona wykonana jest w kolorze zielonym, scianki w kolorze czerwonym, drabinki w kolorze niebieskim, a kola w kolorze zóltym. The subject of the industrial design is an original version of the well-known ladder truck, an educational toy composed of many parts that can be easily assembled into one whole, and equipped with additional decorative and play elements. The industrial design enables dexterity and intellectual development in children while also serving as a source of play. The shape of the individual parts of the design enables their mass production. The subject of the industrial design, in two variants of execution, is presented in illustrations in the form of photographs and drawings, illustrating the complete form of the design, as well as its fragments after the wagon has been disassembled, which is shown in detail: Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the industrial design in the form of an assembled complete ladder wagon, containing all parts and elements Fig. 2 - the same first variant, after removing the upper part, placed next to it, Fig. 3 - second variant of the industrial design, without the upper part, formed solely as a ladder wagon, Fig. 4 - part of the ladder wagon in the form of a rectangular base, Fig. 5 - part of the ladder wagon in the form of a ladder, Fig. 6 - part of the ladder wagon in the form of a front wall, Fig. 7 - fragment of a part removable from the front wall, Fig. 8 - part of the ladder wagon in the form of a rear wall Fig. 9 - fragment of the ladder wagon, second variant, after removing the ladders and the walls - front and rear, Fig. 10 - fragment "X" constituting a flexible expanding pin, being a fragment of the ladder, base and walls, used for embedding in holes to connect these parts. The essential features of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 10 are that the ladder wagon consists of a rectangular base detachably connected to four wheels, two ladders, two walls in the shape of an inverted trapezium and a rectangular cover inserted between the ladders, containing on its upper surface a number of elements and blocks used for educational play, wherein the basic parts of the wagon have round holes and matching expansion bolts enabling the wagon to be assembled and disassembled in a snap-fit manner. An important feature of the rectangular base shown in Fig. 4 is that it has six through holes, arranged in threes, along the longer sides, with two projecting expanding pins formed on each of the two longer lateral edges, which serve to secure the wagon wheels to them, and a projection with an opening is formed at the front. An important feature of each of the two ladders, one of which is shown in Fig. 5, is composed of two brackets, between which circular rungs are situated, and each bracket, at both ends, is provided with an expanding pin, which is also situated in the middle of the lower bracket, and each bracket has a groove formed on its upper surface, running along its entire length. An important feature of each of the two walls, the front and the rear, shown in Figs. 6 and 8, is that it has a trapezoidal shape with two expanding pins located on the lower edge and four through holes arranged near the edge of each vertex, wherein the front wall has a shaped recess formed on the front for mounting a removable decorative element therein, as shown in Fig. 7. An important feature of the industrial design is also that the ladder cart, after removing the ladders and the front and rear walls, has the form of a platform on wheels, as shown in Fig. 9. An important feature of the upper part of the ladder cart is that it has the form of a rectangular flat plate with side longer edges adapted to be inserted into the grooves of the ladder supports, and on Its upper surface is formed by four shaped recesses with removable shaped colored blocks embedded in them, and three colored rods formed in irregular arcs, embedded in colored discs, whereby colored figures are slidably placed on each rod, representing a locomotive, an airplane, a steam engine, which are separated from each other by colored discs, as shown in Fig. 1 and 2. Another significant feature of the industrial design is that the expanding mandrels formed in the rectangular base, ladders and walls have the form of cylindrical projections, containing at their free end, formed in the depth, a slot dividing the projection into two arms and lugs formed one on each of the arms, as shown in Fig. 10. Another characteristic feature of the industrial design is that each part of the ladder wagon is formed It is made of a colored thermoplastic material, and the colors of the individual parts can be chosen freely. The preferred color selection shown in Figs. 1 to 3 is characterized by the rectangular base and upper cover being made in green, the walls in red, the ladders in blue, and the wheels in yellow.
