Abstract

The aim of the invention is to provide an insulating panel having high tensile and shear resistance, which can be adhesively secured to outer walls without dowels and makes the construction of rear-ventilated systems possible without additional components. This aim is attained by the invention in that the insulating material consists of a mineral wool (1) layer and one of the two parts (12) is a moulding in which there are recesses forming continuous hollow spaces between the two parts. The invention relates to an insulating panel, preferably for the heat insulation of the outer facades of buildings, containing an insulating material component having an additional component secured to it on at least one side (2).
