Abstract

The cladding comprises an upper ventilated panel (1) and two side panels (2). The panels clip together at their joining edges and have recesses (4) to locate over the pipe connections, and controls of the radiator. The panels are pressed metal and special plastic inserts, with recesses which are clipped over the pipe connections and rotated into the recesses in the panels to secure over the pipe connections. A special tool secures the inserts. The upper panel is pressed with ventilation slots. The joining edges of the panels have lipped profiles and interlocking clips (10,12). This enables the panels to be clipped together by a lock and twist action. No other fasteners are required.
